A method for covering a portable structure, the portable structure having a frame and a covering, includes the step of: providing the covering, the covering includes a nonwoven having a densified portion on a first face of the nonwoven and a lofty portion on a second face of the nonwoven, and a skin laminated on the nonwoven, or a first nonwoven having a densified portion and a lofty portion, a second nonwoven having a densified portion and a lofty portion, and a skin laminated on the first nonwoven or the second nonwoven.

Method of manufacturing laminate, laminate, and airbag

A method of manufacturing a laminate including a fabric and a thermoplastic film, wherein the thermoplastic film is a multilayer film including an adhesive layer including a thermoplastic polyester elastomer and a barrier layer that is bonded to the adhesive layer, and that has a melting point that is higher than a melting point of the adhesive layer, and that includes a polymer, and wherein the fabric includes a polyester, the method including a step of adhering a side of the multilayer film with the adhesive layer to the fabric, while heating the multilayer film at a temperature below the melting point of the barrier layer.

CELLULOSE FIBER-BASED SUBSTRATE, ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND USE AS MASKING TAPE

A cellulose fiber-based substrate, at least one side of which is coated with an aqueous mixture composed of: a) at least one water-soluble polymer (WSP) containing hydroxyl groups, b) at least one lactone substituted with at least one linear or branched and/or cyclic C.sub.8-C.sub.30 hydrocarbon chain which may contain heteroatoms, c)at least one crosslinking agent. A method of production and use thereof.

BASEBALL/SOFTBALL, METHOD OF PROCESSING THEREOF AND MATERIAL FORMULA OF BASEBALL/SOFTBALL COVER
20170291074 · 2017-10-12 ·

A baseball/softball comprises a core and a cover, wherein the core is wrapped with a layer of fiber material, and the layer of fiber material is wrapped and glued with the cover. A method of processing baseball/softball comprises wrapping the core with the layer of fiber material, placing the core and the layer of fiber material into a cover material, placing the core, the layer of fiber material outside the core and the layer of cover material outside the layer of fiber material into a mold; molding the layer of cover material into the cover through a vulcanization process, gluing a vulcanization melting layer formed on inner wall of the cover to the layer of fiber material, and finally taking the finished product out of the mold. From the perspectives of smell, touch and visual sense, the product has good simulation effect of baseball/softball and better service effect.

CUSTOMIZABLE FABRIC BASED ARTICLE
20170291112 · 2017-10-12 ·

Disclosed is a fabric based article, such as for example, a blanket that may be customizable. For aesthetic purposes, the fabric based article may include a design, such as that of a doll. Additionally, the fabric based article may include a plurality of attachments. A visual appearance of the plurality of attachments may correspond to one or more of an article of clothing and an accessory. Further, each attachment may include one or more fasteners. Likewise, the fabric based article may include one or more fasteners disposed on one or more portions of the design. Moreover, a fastener of the one or more fasteners disposed on the one or more portions of the design may be configured to fasten with a fastener included in an attachment of the plurality of attachments in order to customize a visual appearance of the fabric based article.

BASELESS DOUBLE-SIDED ADHESIVE SHEET OR TAPE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
20170291395 · 2017-10-12 ·

To provide a baseless double-sided adhesive sheet or tape that is configured such that adhesive does not exude during storage, or moreover during slitting to a predetermined size, or the like, and that is also capable for exhibiting the desired performance of having a cohesive force that resists peeling, without sacrificing the initial adhesive strength, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.

In the baseless double-sided adhesive sheet or tape, an adhesive layer formed from an adhesive serves as a center layer, and adhesive layers and formed from an adhesive are layered onto a front face and a rear face of the adhesive layer serving as the center layer. Fibers are least dispersed in the adhesive layer serving as the center layer, and the adhesive layer serving as the center layer between the adjacent adhesive layers has a relatively high fiber density and relatively low flowability.
