FOAM OF POLYURETHANE FOR USE IN COSMETIC APPLICATIONS
The use of a foam comprising polyurethane for cosmetic applications is provided. Process for applying a cosmetic component to a skin via the foam and a process for cleaning a part of a skin via the foam are provided too. An applicator as well as an envelope and a layered structure comprising the foam are shown.
Heat sealable polyester film
A heat sealable polyester film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The heat sealable polyester film is made from a recycled polyester material. The heat sealable polyester film includes a base layer and a heat sealable layer formed on at least one surface of the base layer. The heat sealable layer is formed from a first polyester composition. A main component of the first polyester composition is regenerated polyethylene terephthalate and the first polyester composition further includes at least one of 1,4-butanediol, isophthalic acid, neopentyl glycol, and polybutylene terephthalate. A heat sealing temperature of the heat sealable polyester film ranges from 120? C. to 230? C.
Cork and paperboard beverage-packaging container
A beverage-packaging container is provided that includes a container body for receiving the liquid and a cork stopper for sealing the liquid contents within the container body. The sidewalls and bottom wall of the container body are formed of paperboard and are preferably formed of a layered, recycled paperboard. The top wall of the container body is formed of a cork material with a cork-receiving hole disposed within the top wall. The cork stopper has a truncated cone-shaped portion that is configured to engage frictionally with the edges of the cork-receiving hole. The cork stopper may also have a wooden crown to aid the user in grasping and removing the cork stopper from the top hole of the container body.
Composite gypsum board and methods related thereto
Disclosed is a composite gypsum board comprising a board core and a concentrated layer of substantial thickness (e.g., at least about 0.02 inches). The concentrated layer includes a higher weight percentage of an enhancing additive than the board core. The board core has a thickness greater than the thickness of the concentrated layer and forms the bulk of the board volume. The concentrated layer has a higher density (e.g., at least about 1.1 times greater) than the density of the board core. Also disclosed is a method of preparing a composite gypsum board.
Composite gypsum board and methods related thereto
Disclosed is a composite gypsum board comprising a hoard core and a concentrated layer of substantial thickness (e.g., at least about 0.02 inches).
COMPOSITE MATERIAL, IN PARTICULAR FOR SPORTS EQUIPMENT
The invention relates to a composite material (20), in particular for producing sports equipment. It comprises at least one mixed layer made from cork granules (22) and short fibres (24).
Method of fabricating lignin based polymeric systems
A multi-layer bioplastic comprised of lignin and polylactic acid has increased tensile strength and displacement. The bioplastic is made through processing of individual layers of composite lignin/polylactic acid bioplastics and combining them with polylactic acid layer via lamination.
Multilayer structure for producing a printed and linoleum-based floor or wall covering
The invention relates to a multilayer structure (1) for producing a floor or wall covering comprising a linoleum-based backing layer (2) reinforced by a reinforcing frame (3), a wear layer (4) bonded to the backing layer (2), and a decor printing layer (5) positioned between the wear layer (4) and the backing layer (2). According to the invention, the wear layer (4) is made of PET, TPU, PP, PETG, or made of ionomer and is transparent at least to visible light.
BIOPLASTIC FILM, BUBBLE FILM, AND BUBBLE FILM PRODUCT USING SAME
The present application relates to: a bioplastic film comprising wheat husk which is a food by-product; a bubble film; and a bubble film product using the same.
Cleansing article having printed texture
The present invention relates to cleansing articles comprising first and second members forming the first and second outer surface of the article respectively, where the coefficient of friction and/or permeability of the members are different. In certain embodiments the first member comprises a plurality of polymeric protuberances and the second member comprises a plurality of hollow projections.
