Suction chucking temporary fixing member
An adsorption temporary fixing material comprises an adsorption temporary fixing sheet including a foam layer having an open-cell structure, wherein the adsorption temporary fixing material includes the foam layer in the entirety of the sheet or on at least one surface thereof, wherein a shear adhesive strength of a surface of the foam layer with a SUS304BA plate at 23 C. is 1 N/100 mm.sup.2 or more at a tensile rate of 50 mm/min, wherein a peel strength of the surface of the foam layer from the SUS304BA plate at 23 C. is 1 N/20 mm or less at a peel angle of 180 and a tensile rate of 300 mm/min, and wherein a weight change ratio after the adsorption temporary fixing sheet has been immersed in distilled water for 1 minute and then water droplets have been wiped off the surface thereof is 50% or less.
Curative
A curative for epoxidized plant-based oils and epoxidized natural rubber is created from the reaction between a naturally occurring polyfunctional acid and an epoxidized plant-based oil is disclosed. The curative may be used to produce porosity-free castable resins and vulcanize rubber formulations based on epoxidized natural rubber. Materials made from disclosed materials may be advantageously used as leather substitutes.
Structural Component and Mobile Terminal
A structural component includes a middle frame, a glass cover, and a touch control film. The glass cover and the touch control film are disposed in a stacked manner. The touch control film is disposed on a surface that is of the glass cover and that faces the middle frame, and a side edge of the touch control film and a side edge of the glass cover do not overlap completely. The glass cover is bonded using the first bonding adhesive, and the touch control film is bonded using the second bonding adhesive. The first bonding adhesive is bonded to an edge of the glass cover, and the bonding force of the first bonding adhesive is greater than the bonding force of the second bonding adhesive.
Double glazed window of polycarbonate layer
The present invention relates to a double glazed window of a polycarbonate layer and, specifically, to a double glazed window of a polycarbonate layer, comprising an outer glass layer and an inner polycarbonate layer so as to have improved heat insulation and earthquake resistance. The double glazed window of a polycarbonate layer comprises: a glass layer forming an outer layer; a polycarbonate layer forming an inner layer; a vacuum layer (VL) formed between the glass layer and the polycarbonate layer; and sealing means for sealing the VL while coupling the glass layer and the polycarbonate layer.
Ballistics resistant hard plate armor
Described herein are hard armor plate comprising a first molded plate of a plurality of ballistic fibers, a second molded plate of a plurality of ballistic fibers, and a layer of ceramic tiles adhered to the first molded plate and the second molded plate, wherein the layer of ceramic tiles is between the first molded plate and the second molded plate; and methods of making hard armor plates.
Fire resistant support article
Disclosed is a support article containing a first non-woven layer and a second non-woven layer. The first non-woven layer contains a blend of fibers of about 15-70% by weight fire resistant (FR) rayon fibers, 10-30% by weight hollow conjugated siliconized fibers, and 20-40% by weight binder fibers. The second non-woven layer contains a blend of FR rayon fibers, hollow conjugated siliconized fibers, and binder fibers. The amount of FR rayon fiber is within 15 percentage points of the weight percentage of FR rayon fiber in the first non- woven layer. The lower surface of the first non-woven layer is adhered to the upper surface of the second non-woven layer. The density of the first non-woven layer is at least 10% less than the density of the second non-woven layer.
Sponge Product
A sponge product for cleaning a work surface is disclosed. In one embodiment, a foraminous body layer is attached to an abrasive body layer. A microfiber textile surrounds the foraminous body layer and the abrasive body layer. The foraminous body layer, the abrasive body layer, and the microfiber textile form a unitary product. An exterior of the microfiber textile includes a side having a visual indicator proximate to the foraminous body layer and another side having another visual indicator proximate the abrasive body layer. The two visual indicators are different and may be different colors, for example. One side of the sponge product has a greater water absorption characteristic than the other side.
Elastic attachment hot melt adhesive composition and a disposable absorbent article made with the same
The invention features a hot melt adhesive composition based on olefin polymers that can be used for elastic attachment in the manufacture of a disposable article. The hot melt adhesive includes from about 3 to about 10% by weight of a first propylene-based copolymer having a melt index measured by ASTM D1238 (190 C., 2.16 kg) of no greater than about 5, a second propylene-based polymer with a viscosity at 190 C. of no greater than about 5000 cps, a first tackifying agent having a softening point of at least about 90 C. and from about 5% by weight to about 20% by weight of a plasticizer.
PROTECTIVE MATERIAL HAVING CATALYTIC AND/OR REACTIVE PROPERTIES AND THE PRODUCTION AND USE OF SAME
The invention relates to a catalytic and/or reactive unit, preferably in the form of a protective material with catalytic and/or reactive properties, particularly with the function of protecting from chemical and/or biological harmful and/or poisonous substances, preferably in the form of a textile protective filter material, as well as a method for producing same. The catalytic and/or reactive unit is particularly suitable for producing protective equipments and/or protective objects, and filter and filter materials of all types.
SKIN-TO-CORE BOND LINE MAPPING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A skin-to-core bond line mapping system and method is disclosed. Layered composite components formed by sandwiching multiple materials together require a continuous bond between those materials with voids below particular thresholds that can vary by application. The skin-to-core bond line mapping system can include a laminate, an adhesive, a separator film, a core, a breather, a layup tool, bagging material, sealant, and a vacuum port. By employing systems and processes that layer separator film over adhesive and applying a core proximate the adhesive, a bagging material can be disposed over the materials to facilitate vacuum compaction, thereby impressing core impressions on the adhesive to map the areas between the skin and core that have good contact. An iterative process is disclosed, in which additional adhesive can be used to build the bond line until contact is made (or engineering tolerance is reached).
