WORKPIECE PROTECTION SHEET
The workpiece protection sheet is used between a suction table and a workpiece in a state where the workpiece protection sheet is sucked to the suction table when the workpiece is pressed on the suction table. The workpiece protection sheet includes a base layer and an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene porous layer, an air permeability in a thickness direction of the workpiece protection sheet measured such that the base layer side is at an upstream side of airflow during measuring is 4000 seconds/100 mL or more as represented by a Gurley air permeability measured according to Method B of air permeability measurement specified in JIS L1096, a suction surface to be sucked to the suction table is composed of the base layer, and a contact surface to be in contact with the workpiece is composed of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene porous layer.
COMPOSITE AND COPPER CLAD LAMINATE MADE THEREFROM
Disclosed are composites comprising copper foils having at least one smooth surface and an adhesive layer with low Dk and Df properties. Also disclosed are copper clad laminates made by laminating the present composites with flexible or rigid substrates that exhibit heat resistance and good to excellent bonding strength. The PCBs made therefrom exhibit low insertion loss and may be assembled with other components to form various electrical devices utilizing high speed of at least 1 Gps or high frequency signals of at least 1 GHz.
ULTRASONIC ATOMIZATION PIECE AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS THEREOF
An ultrasonic atomization piece and manufacturing process thereof relate to the technical field of ultrasonic atomization. The piece comprises a piezoelectric ceramic sheet and at least one composite plate. The composite plate is fixed on one side of the piezoelectric ceramic sheet and includes a substrate and a conductive layer, the conductive layer is in contact with the piezoelectric ceramic sheet, the substrate is provided with atomizing apertures, and the substrate is a polymer film. Compared with the traditional stainless steel thin sheet, the polymer film is used as the substrate material; the force for the piezoelectric ceramic sheet to generate deformation requires being lower, so the piezoelectric ceramic sheet can pull the polymer film to generate deformation with less energy. The difficulty of drilling apertures is reduced, and metal residues splashing will not occur, thereby eliminating the adverse effect of metal residues on the passage efficiency of liquid.
Antimicrobial and Antiviral Protective Barrier
A protective barrier having antimicrobial and antiviral properties. The protective barrier comprises a filtration media structure. The filtration media structure comprises inner melt blown nonwoven filtration media, an outer melt blown nonwoven filtration media, and a channeling layer. The channeling layer is sandwiched between the inner and outer filtration media layers. The channeling layer comprises a plurality of filaments. Each filament is constructed having a non-round cross-section. The filaments are arranged in a three-dimensional (3D) structure configured to disturb laminar flow through the protective barrier. The protective barrier may further comprise an inner layer and an outer layer encapsulating the filtration media structure.
