A window product according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises: a window; and a film made of at least one insulation material and bonded to one side of the window, wherein the permittivity of the insulation material constituting the film is lower than the permittivity of the window and is higher than the permittivity of air, and the film may be a film for reducing loss of radio wave transmissivity of the window when attached to the window. Other various embodiments are also possible.
POLYOLEFIN MICRO-POROUS FILM AND POWER-STORAGE DEVICE
This polyolefin micro-porous film includes a multilayered structure, wherein the multilayered structure contains a first layer composed of polypropylene resin, a second layer composed of polyethylene resin and provided on the first layer, and a third layer composed of polypropylene resin and provided on the second layer. Furthermore, a thickness of the first layer is thinner than a thickness of the second layer, a thickness of the third layer is thinner than the thickness of the second layer, and in the multilayered structure, a thickness is 16 μm or less, a porosity is 40 to 70%, and a surface opening ratio is 10 to 30%.
Radio frequency enabled thematic interface systems and methods
An interface in accordance with present embodiments includes a base and a theme portion disposed on the base. A first layer is disposed on the base and includes a mixture with metallic powder suspended within a translucent medium. A second layer is disposed on the base over the first layer and over the theme portion, and includes the mixture. A third layer is disposed on the base and on the theme portion over only portions of the second layer. The third layer includes paint and paint thinner. A fourth layer is disposed on the theme portion over the third layer and exposed portions of the second layer. The fourth layer also includes the mixture.
Molded resin product
A molded resin product includes a design layer including a decorative layer having a first color, a shielding layer having a second color different from the first color, and a resin base layer. A cover layer formed of a polymer film is disposed close to one end of the design layer. Part of the decorative layer exposed from the shielding layer serves as an exposed region. The exposed region and part of the shielding layer constitute a pattern portion presenting a predetermined figure or character when viewed in plan through the cover layer. The rest of the shielding layer constitutes a base portion. The layer thickness of the base portion is set smaller than the layer thickness of the pattern portion in a region thereof where the shielding layer is formed.
NONWOVEN ANTIMICROBIAL AND ANTIVIRAL PROTECTIVE BARRIER
A protective barrier having antimicrobial and antiviral properties. A filtration media structure is constructed from an inner media layer and an outer media layer. The inner and outer layers are spunbond and may be nonwoven or woven. An antimicrobial additive of silver and copper is compounded into a polypropylene base to form each of the layers. A middle layer of melt blown nonwoven filtration media layer may be encapsulated between the inner and outer media layers. The middle layer may also be constructed with the antimicrobial additive of silver and copper for enhanced antimicrobial protection. A channeling layer may also be sandwiched between the inner and outer media layers. The channeling layer comprises a plurality of filaments having a non-round or round cross-section. The filaments are arranged in a three-dimensional (3D) structure configured to disturb laminar flow through the protective barrier and increase contact with the antimicrobial additive.
CARBON NANOTUBE SHEET STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR ITS MAKING
A carbon nanotube (CNT) sheet containing CNTs, arranged is a randomly oriented, uniformly distributed pattern, and having a basis weight of at least 1 gsm and a relative density of less than 1.5. The CNT sheet is manufactured by applying a CNT suspension in a continuous pool over a filter material to a depth sufficient to prevent puddling of the CNT suspension upon the surface of the filter material, and drawing the dispersing liquid through the filter material to provide a uniform CNT dispersion and form the CNT sheet. The CNT sheet is useful in making CNT composite laminates and structures having utility for electro-thermal heating, electromagnetic wave absorption, lightning strike dissipation, EMI shielding, thermal interface pads, energy storage, and heat dissipation.
