One of the substrates is a metallized film and the other substrate is a direct thermal print medium. The construct can be arranged in various ways including an arrangement for presenting some thermally printed information for immediate viewing and other thermally printed information that is temporarily hidden from view beneath the metallized film. The arrangements include arranging the metallized film as a plurality of island that are individually peelable apart from the direct thermal print medium for revealing the temporarily hidden information.
THERMAL ENCLOSURE
A thermal insulation device includes a first plate, a second plate formed to nest adjacent the first plate with a gap between the first and second plates, a porous material disposed between the plates, and a sealing layer disposed between the first and second plates such that the porous material is sealed from ambient at a pressure less than ambient. Multiple such sets of plates may be used to form an enclosure for a device that thermally insulates the device from ambient.
Multilayer Fabric With Selective Radiation Filter
A multilayer fabric for selectively blocking or transmitting particular wavelengths in the electromagnetic spectrum, such solar radiation, and far infrared (FIR) radiation. The multilayer fabric may include a microporous water vapor permeable layer that selectively filters particular wavelengths depending on the size of its pores. In some embodiments, the multilayer fabric may include a nanostructured layer that selectively filters particular wavelengths.

According to another embodiment, there is provided a hard coat laminate film having a total light transmittance of 80% or more and having (γ) a hard coat on at least one surface of a transparent laminate film constituted of (α) an aromatic-polycarbonate resin film containing 30 mol % or more of a structural unit derived from 4,4′-(3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane-1,1-diyl)diphenol, when the total of the structural units derived from aromatic dihydroxy compounds is 100 mol %, and (β) a poly(meth)acrylimide resin film.
DEPOSITION MASK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
It comprises: a film made of a resin in which an aperture pattern is formed, the aperture pattern passing through the film, the aperture being with a shape and dimension corresponding to the thin-film pattern in a pre-established region for formation of the thin-film pattern on the substrate; and a metal member that has an aperture part opposite the aperture pattern with a shape and dimension larger than the aperture pattern, the metal member being provided as a thin sheet in intimate contact with one surface of the film on an outside part of the aperture pattern of the film. The film is mutually distanced and distributed, at a position where the film does not overlap the aperture pattern, into a plurality of divided parts on one surface of the metal member.
SKIN-COVERED INTERIOR TRIM PAD
A skin-covered interior trim pad according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a main portion, eaves portion 39 extending out from an outer edge of the main portion, and skin 36 covering the main portion and eaves portion 36, in which: skin 36 includes end edge portion 36d curving along an end portion of eaves portion 39, eaves-front-surface portion 36a covering front surface 39b of eaves portion 39 on a side of front surface 39b of eaves portion 39, and eaves-back-surface portion 36b which extends on a side of back surface 39c of eaves portion 39 toward the outer edge to cover back surface 39c of eaves portion 39, eaves-back-surface portion 36b having the same thermal shrinkage rate as the eaves-front-surface portion, and eaves-front-surface portion 36a being located across end edge portion 36d from eaves-back-surface portion 36b.
Flexible flat cable, manufacturing method thereof and signal transmission device
A flexible flat cable (FFC) includes a first insulation layer, at least one pair of conductors, a plurality of low-k dielectric layers, two second insulation layers, and at least one shielding layer. The pair of conductors is located within the first insulation layer. Each pair of conductors includes a plurality of first conductors, and the first conductors are axially extending and arranged in parallel. The low-k dielectric layers are embedded in the first insulation layer. Each of the pair of conductors or each of the first conductors is covered and surrounded with one low-k dielectric layer. The two second insulation layers are located on two surfaces of the first insulation layer. The shielding layer is located on the two second insulation layers opposite to the first insulation layer.
COMPOSITE PISTON PIN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
Disclosed herein is a composite piston pin including a pipe-shaped outer layer made of reinforced fibers; an inner layer coupled to the outer layer along an inner surface of the outer layer, and made of reinforced fibers having lower elasticity than the outer layer; and a resin material including an epoxy resin composition and cyanate ester, and impregnated into the reinforced fibers of the outer layer and the inner layer.
Polyester film, laminate, and package
The present invention provides a polyester film suitable for use as a sealant, which not only has high heat sealing strength, but also is less liable to adsorb various organic compounds, and has a less shrinkage in heating and high tensile strength. Further, the present invention provides a laminate comprising at least one layer of the polyester film, and a packaging bag including the same. The polyester film which is formed with a polyester resin whose main constituent is ethylene terephthalate. The film has at least one heat sealing layer.
