METHOD FOR PRODUCING A PLASTIC VEHICLE ATTACHMENT PART
A method for producing a polymeric vehicle attachment part with a decorative element is obtained when a polymeric attachment part is prepared, a decorative element is transferred from a carrier film onto a first surface of the attachment part by hot stamping using a stamp, and at least the first surface is provided with a protective coating.
LAMINATE PRODUCTION METHOD, SUBSTRATE PROCESSING METHOD, AND LAMINATE
A production method of a laminate including a substrate and a light-transmitting support plate that are laminated each other via an adhesive layer and a release layer that is altered through absorption of light, the method including a release layer forming step of coating a reactive polysilsesquioxane on a surface of the support plate, the surface being opposed to the substrate, and heating the reactive polysilsesquioxane to perform polymerization, thereby forming the release layer.
LAMINATED CAN END STOCK WITH ELEVATED TEMPERATURE ANNEALING
Improved aluminum can end stock (CES) is disclosed. The CES includes a laminated, amorphous polymer coating exhibiting low feathering, low blushing, and high performance in an acetic acid test. The laminated metal strip can include the laminated polymer coating on an interior-facing side and a lacquered coating on an exterior-facing side. The CES is formed by performing an annealing process on the laminated metal strip, wherein the metal strip is raised to an annealing temperature above the melting point of the polymer for a sufficient duration to render the polymer amorphous. In some cases, the polymer film laminated to the metal strip is a Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film.
FLOOR PANEL
A floor may include a substrate having a top side and a bottom side. A top layer may be provided on the substrate. The top layer may consist of a printed thermoplastic film and a thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer provided on the printed thermoplastic film. The top layer may be directly adhered to the substrate by heat welding the printed thermoplastic film and the top side of the substrate, in the absence of a glue layer. The substrate may be a synthetic material board including a filler. The substrate at least at two opposite edges may include coupling means provided in the synthetic material board. The thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer may be provided with a structure.
METHOD OF PRODUCING A MINERAL WOOL PRODUCT COMPRISING A MULTIPLE OF LAMELLAE AND A PRODUCT OF SUCH KIND
A method and a mineral wool product include a multiple of lamellae, such as a sandwich panel core. The product includes a plurality of lamellae cut from a mineral wool web, and bonded together by applying an adhesive on the surfaces of two adjacent lamellae to form a web-like product, wherein the adhesive comprises at least one hydrocolloid.
Method and apparatus for forming retaining elements
A method of forming a retaining device with hooks, wherein: a molding strip is provided that presents an inside face and an outside face, and that has a plurality of cavities, each cavity defining a stem extending from the outside face towards the inside face and including an end forming a head that extends from the stem towards the inside face of the molding strip; the molding strip is positioned on rotary drive means, the inside face of the molding strip being arranged to bear against the drive means; and molding material is dispensed against the outside face of the molding strip.
Sandwich panel and a manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a sandwich panel and a method of manufacturing the same. The sandwich panel according to the present invention has high density and improved physical properties such as flexural strength, flexural modulus, bending strength and lightening weighting ratio and is suitable for use in various consumer products or industrial materials.
SEALING MATERIAL SHEET FOR SOLAR-CELL MODULE, SOLAR-CELL MODULE USING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SOLAR-CELL MODULE
To provide a sealing material sheet for a solar-cell module that has high productivity, and can also suppress unevenness in thickness at the time of integration as a solar-cell module. There is provided a sealing material sheet 1 in which there are two inflection point temperatures that are temperatures only around which a change rate of the linear expansion coefficient locally increases, a first inflection point temperature at a low temperature side of two inflection point temperatures is within a range of 55° C. to 70° C., and a second inflection point at a high temperature side of the inflection point temperatures is within a range of 80° C. to 95° C.
POLY-SUPPORTED COPPER FOIL
A supported copper foil is disclosed, comprising: a poly-based film that contains polyimide and polytetrafluoroethylene; a thin copper foil; and an adhesive provided between the poly-based film and the thin copper foil, the adhesive removably coupling the poly-based film to the copper foil.
FLEXIBLE LAMINATED BOARD AND MULTILAYER CIRCUIT BOARD
A flexible laminated sheet manufacturing method includes thermocompression-bonding an insulation film formed of a liquid crystal polymer onto a metal foil between endless belts to form a flexible laminated sheet. The thermocompression bonding includes heating the flexible laminated sheet so that the maximum temperature of the sheet is in the range from a temperature that is 45° C. lower than the melting point of the liquid crystal polymer to a temperature that is 5° C. lower than the melting point. The thermocompression bonding also includes slowly cooling the flexible laminated sheet so that an exit temperature, which is a temperature of the sheet when transferred out of the endless belts, is in the range from a temperature that is 235° C. lower than the melting point of the liquid crystal polymer to a temperature that is 100° C. lower than the melting point.
