METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WOOD SHEETS FOR LAMPS AND THUS OBTAINED WOOD SHEET
A method for producing a wood sheet that is between 0.6 and 0.8 mm thick, includes covering both surfaces with a matte crystal clear polyester film that is between 70 and 80 micrometres thick joined by thermopressing to the wood sheet. The wood sheet is sanded between the method steps to a thickness ranging from 0.6 to 0.8 mm, a matte polyester film with a thickness ranging from 70 to 80 micrometres is applied, they are then thermopressed at a controlled temperature and speed, and the wood sheet covered with the plastic material film is cold-pressed. The present invention also relates to a translucent wood sheet which allows illumination lamps having unique configurations to be produced.
LAMINATING SYSTEM WITH CODED FILM CARTRIDGE
A dual roll laminating film cartridge includes a body defining a first end supporting first ends of first and second rolls of continuous translucent laminating film. The body further defines a second end supporting second ends of the first and second rolls, wherein facing surfaces of the films extended from the first and second rolls in an advancing direction are coated with a heat-activated adhesive. A bridge extends between the first and second ends of the body at a position between the first and second rolls, the bridge defining an article chute for the reception of articles to be laminated by the films of the first and second rolls. The cartridge further includes a code indicative of one or more characteristics of the film of the first and second rolls, the code comprising a predetermined flag pattern of coding tabs that project outward from the body.
Polyurethane Roller Coating Process for Carpet Backing
A method for preparing carpet by using polyurethane to anneal secondary backing to a greige, comprising fibers attached to a primary backing using a roller application system. The greige is conditioned prior to coating and the polyurethane coated greige is contacted with the secondary backing and the laminate is tensioned and supported to maintain the laminate structure substantially through the polyurethane curing process.
Flooring tile manufacturing apparatus
Provided is a flooring tile manufacturing apparatus includes: a lower sheet supply unit configured to form and supply a lower sheet; a middle sheet supply unit configured to supply a middle sheet joined to an upper side of the lower sheet; a raw material supply unit configured to supply materials having different contents of a filler to the lower sheet supply unit and the middle sheet supply unit; a main roller configured to join the lower sheet and the middle sheet that have been received; a first sheet supply unit configured to supply a print sheet having a color or a pattern to the main roller; a second sheet supply unit configured to supply a transparent sheet to the main roller; and an ultraviolet (UV) coating unit configured to form a UV coating layer on a surface of the transparent sheet.
Method for bonding using adhesive layers with the aid of a laser
The invention relates to a method and a device for bonding two substrates, wherein an adhesive is applied to a first substrate and a second film-type substrate consisting of a thermoplastic material is converted into a plasticized state by heating before being bonded to the first substrate.
LAMINATING MACHINE
A laminating machine comprises at least one material source, configured as a sheet feeder, for sheets of a material to be laminated. The laminating machine further comprises at least one laminating unit. The laminating machine also comprises at least two lamination sources, each for at least one web-type laminating material. The laminating machine additionally comprises at least one laminating unit for producing a material web, which is laminated on both sides, from the sheets and the respective at least one laminating material. At least one lamination control device is disposed downstream of a laminating region of the laminating unit, along a transportation path provided for the transporting of the laminated material web. The control device monitors a control region, lying outside a transport region that is occupied by the transportation path provided for the laminated material web.
Method for producing silicone multi-layer composites
Multilayer silicone composites with precise thickness are produced by sequential extrusion of curable silicone films, and partially but not fully crosslinking a preceding silicone film prior to extruding a next subsequent film.
LINERLESS NON-TOP COATED THERMAL PRINTABLE MATERIAL, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND THERMAL LABEL
Disclosed is method for producing linerless non-top coated thermal printable material (300, 402). The method comprises preparing thermal printable material (200, 302) by receiving base printable material (202), wherein base printable material being 75% w/w to 85% w/w of linerless non-top coated thermal printable material; applying heat-resistant material (204) on base printable material, wherein heat-resistant material being 12% w/w to 18% w/w of linerless non-top coated thermal printable material; applying heat-sensitive material (206) on heat-resistant material to produce thermal printable material, wherein heat-sensitive material being 3% w/w to 7% w/w of linerless non-top coated thermal printable material; and subjecting thermal printable material to supercalendering operation, supercalendering operation comprising passing thermal printable material through at least two calender rolls at temperature ranging from 30 C. to 80 C. rolling at speed ranging from 150 m/min to 500 m/min at pressure ranging from 50 bar to 120 bar to obtain linerless non-top coated thermal printable material.
LAMINATING SYSTEM, LAMINATING APPARATUS, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
A laminating system includes: a laminator that performs a laminating process by overlaying a film on a plurality of sheets conveyed; and a hardware processor that, before the laminating process, adjusts an interval between sheets, the interval varying in an image former, such that a leading end and a trailing end of the sheets conveyed from the image former are superposed or the interval between the sheets conveyed from the image former is reduced.
