A support structure in the lower end of the drain flange has an oversized or larger-than-normal opening, which is usually threaded. A reducing bushing is received in the opening and has a threaded bore that is one of a number of different sizes for receiving a plumbing device such as a drain stopper, a strainer or a drain cover. A bathtub drain flange kit includes a drain flange with a larger-than-maximum-standard size for an opening in the drain flange and two or more reducing bushings that fit properly in the opening and become fastened to the drain flange, where each of the reducing bushings provides a threaded bore that is a standard size for receiving a plumbing device.

A method for removing a sink drain stopper includes providing a sink drain aid including a handle and a suction cup connected to the handle; engaging the sink drain aid suction cup to a sink stopper; and pulling on the handle to remove the sink drain stopper. Disclosed are various embodiments for a universal sink stopper and strainer. Various embodiments can include a handle, a plate, and a gasket. The gasket can include a first plurality of holes. The plate can include a protrusion and a second plurality of holes. The protrusion is shaped to extend through a portion of the gasket. The handle is configured to rotate to adjust an alignment of the first plurality of holes of the gasket with respect to the second plurality of holes of the plate.

Disclosed are various embodiments for a universal sink stopper and strainer. Various embodiments can include a handle, a plate, and a gasket. The gasket can include a first plurality of holes. The plate can include a protrusion and a second plurality of holes. The protrusion is shaped to extend through a portion of the gasket. The handle is configured to rotate to adjust an alignment of the first plurality of holes of the gasket with respect to the second plurality of holes of the plate.

The presently disclosed subject matter is directed to an apparatus for releasably sealing a pipe. Particularly, the apparatus comprises a bar that includes an interior, an exterior, a first end that includes external threads, and a second end that includes a stop. The device further comprises a sleeve positioned over a portion of the bar, and a coupling comprising internal threads that couple to the bar external threads. The device includes a compressible gasket sandwiched between first and second adaptors. Advancement of the coupling over the bar external threads increases pressure on the sleeve, which compresses the gasket between the first and second adaptors.

A device used to conceal at least a portion of a wastewater strainer associated with a bathtub. More specifically, a plate having an opening therethrough is used to overlap a flange of the wastewater strainer wherein the opening in the plate generally coincides with an opening in the wastewater strainer so that the bathtub drain is unobstructed. The plate may include a downwardly extending lip to help facilitate orientation onto the flange of the wastewater strainer. The plate conceals the wastewater strainer, thereby facilitating reconfiguration of a bathtub as the existing wastewater strainer need not be removed and the plumbing system retested.

The present invention is provided that the assembly and disassembly of the driving rod and the connecting rod of the present invention are quicker.

A drain plug linkage structure, comprising a pull rod assembly, a driving rod and a drain plug movably fitted in a drain pipe, the driving rod having a front end and a rear end, the front end of the driving rod being inserted from the side of the drain pipe to the drain pipe and connecting with the drain plug, the pull rod assembly comprises a connecting rod and a pull rod connected to each other, wherein one of the driving rod and the connecting rod is provided with a plurality of fixing holes, the other of the driving rod and the connecting rod is provided with a plurality of protruding fixing members, and the fixing members are detachably coupled to the fixing holes. The present invention is provided that the assembly and disassembly of the driving rod and the connecting rod of the present invention are quicker.
