STEP STOOL AND METHOD OF USE
A step stool comprising a first support to be disposed closer to a first end of a bed or bathtub; a second support to be disposed closer to a second end of the bed or bathtub; a step assembly supported between the first support and second support, the step assembly to enable the user to step thereon for assisting the user into and out of the bed or bathtub from a side, wherein the first support and second support define an unobstructed pathway for entry and exit with respect to the side and the step stool that is perpendicular with respect to the side whereby the user goes between the first support and second support to step onto and off of the step assembly without any obstruction; and folding mechanisms operably coupling the first support and second support to the step assembly to enable the step stool to be folded.
Bathroom scrubbing apparatus
A bathroom scrubbing apparatus including a telescopic shaft and a locking mechanism disposed on the telescopic shaft. A clamping member is attached to a front end of the telescopic shaft, and a pair of semi-flexible clamps is attached to the clamping member. At least one scrubbing pad member includes an upper support member, a scrubbing pad, and a handle attachment member. The scrubbing pad is disposed on a lower surface of the upper support member, and the handle attachment member is attached to a upper surface of the upper support member. The handle attachment member of the at least one scrubbing pad member is selectively removable and rotatable within the pair of semi-flexible clamps.
Bath Cover for a Child
A bath cover for comforting a child during a bathing process is disclosed. The bath cover includes a body portion at least partially formed of an absorbent material and configured to cover at least a portion of the torso of the child. The body portion has an upper end with a contour corresponding to the neck of the child. The bath cover also includes first and second support portions extending outwardly at the upper end of the body and positionable over the shoulders of the child. The relatively absorbent material is configured to be wetted and positioned adjacent to the child to warm the child during the bathing process.
CONNECTOR FOR GUIDING LIQUID OVERFLOW OUT OF A DISPOSABLE LINER WHEN RECEIVED IN A BASIN FOR CONTACTING THE LIQUID AND RELATED METHOD
A connector for use with a disposable flexible liner installed in a basin to contact liquid is provided to bridge between an overflow opening provided in the liner and an overflow aperture provided in an upright wall of the basin, so that when liquid containable in an interior volume of the basin exceeds a prescribed height, the liquid is enabled to drain out of the interior volume through the liner at the communicated openings/apertures. A conduit formed by the connector for insertion into the basin to bridge between the communicated openings/apertures is arranged for a friction fit in an overflow throat extending from the overflow aperture defined in the basin. A related method for using a replaceable liner in a basin having an overflow aperture is also disclosed.
BATHTUB FITTING STANDARD EXTERNAL SPACE WHILE AFFORDING SAFE EGRESS AND LARGER FLOOR AREA WITH ENCLOSED VOLUME
A method of making a safe egress bathtub providing safe egress by reducing slide forces extended on a user's feet upon a slippery bathtub floor, wherein the formed bathtub has a limited rectangular footprint, and an optimized floor space is formed with a substantially planar base with a length and width that define the limited rectangular footprint and a front wall, a back wall, a first side wall and a second side wall integral with and extending substantially vertically upwards from the substantially planar base. Each of the front, back, first side wall and second side wall have minimal wall thicknesses to define the optimized floor space and the front wall has a substantially planar inwardly, cantilevered upper apron deck in a substantially parallel relation to the substantially planar base.
AROMATIC FOG GENERATOR FOR BATHING ENVIRONMENTS
A fog generator assembly includes a water vapor generator, a fragrance dispenser, and a mixing element fluidly coupled to the water generator and the fragrance dispenser. The mixing element is configured to mix a fog of water vapor from the water vapor generator with a fragrance from the fragrance dispenser to produce an aromatic fog.
Over the tub double sided step stool
The present invention is directed to an over-the-tub double-sided step stool for providing a user, preferably a toddler or small child, with a means of un-assisted ingress and egress into a bathtub. The device may comprise an outer side and an inner side oriented such that they engage an outer and inner side, respectively, of a standard tub wall. Said outer and inner sides of the device may each further comprise a first step and a second step to provide elevation to a user of the device. Such outer and inner sides of the device may be connected to each other, whether permanently or removably, by a top step that may engage a top side of a standard tub wall. Said outer and inner sides of the device may further comprise a plurality of attachment receivers to which a plurality of non-slip foot attachments or suction foot attachments may be engaged to provide traction to the device.
Bath cover for child
A bath cover for comforting a child during a bathing process is disclosed. The bath cover includes a body portion at least partially formed of an absorbent material and configured to cover at least a portion of the torso of the child. The body portion has an upper end with a contour corresponding to the neck of the child. The bath cover also includes first and second support portions extending outwardly at the upper end of the body and positionable over the shoulders of the child. The relatively absorbent material is configured to be wetted and positioned adjacent to the child to warm the child during the bathing process.
Hand Attachable Animal Washing Apparatus
A hand attachable animal washing apparatus, attachable upon the hand of a user, is provided enabling singlehanded control of waterflow and application of water into the coat of an animal. Control of waterflow though a molded body member is enabled by operation of a compressible portion disposed to control a valve assembly disposed interiorly within the molded body member. A proximal arced edge is disposed projected rearwardly from the molded body member and curved downward to direct waterflow away from a user operating the device, particularly when the device is elevated above a user, as when washing a large animal such as a horse, for example. A user may thereby control and apply water to an animal with one hand while securing and comforting the animal with the other hand.
Surface Attachable Washing Apparatus
A surface attachable washing apparatus is provided to enable easy control of water flow through a molded body member. A valve assembly, disposed interiorly within the body member, is actuated by simple depression of an overlying portion of an obverse surface of the molded body member, to toggle a valve assembly between each of a closed position and an open position. Water flow is therefore controllable by manual pressure to alternately emit and prevent water flow sprayed through each of a plurality of outlets. At least one suction cup enables selective positioning of the molded body member upon a surface distally situated relative to an existing water outlet to which the apparatus is connected. A user may therefore position the apparatus at a desired height in the bath room, for example, to correspond with a child who can then easily control of the water flow during bath time.
