Step stool and method of use
A step stool comprising a first support to be disposed closer to a first end of a bed or bathtub; a second support to be disposed closer to a second end of the bed or bathtub; a step assembly supported between the first support and second support, the step assembly to enable the user to step thereon for assisting the user into and out of the bed or bathtub from a side, wherein the first support and second support define an unobstructed pathway for entry and exit with respect to the side and the step stool that is perpendicular with respect to the side whereby the user goes between the first support and second support to step onto and off of the step assembly without any obstruction; and folding mechanisms operably coupling the first support and second support to the step assembly to enable the step stool to be folded.
Bathing leg restraint
A bathing leg restraint includes a pair of base members and a connector member connecting the base members. A support extends upwardly from an upper surface of each base member. A leg restraint member is affixed to an upper end of each support, such that each leg restraint member is rotatably secured to its respective support. The lower surface of each base member is securable to the inner surface of a bathing enclosure, such as a bathtub. The base members contact and support the inner thighs of the user when the user is seated upright within the bathtub. The leg restraint members can be rotated overtop of the user's legs to prevent their legs from rising out of the water. The base members and the leg restraint members maintain the user's legs in a submerged state and prevent the user from sliding downwardly toward the opposite end of the bathtub.
SINK TOP ACCESSORY
An accessory item for a sink top is configured to increase the working surface area surrounding the sink. The sink top accessory includes multiple panels preferably made from silicone rubber, each panel having a rigid integrated frame structure. The panels are connected to each other using living hinges, which enable the accessory to be folded for storage. In use, the sink top accessory sits over the sink without obstructing use of the sink faucet, and operates to turn a large portion of the sink into usable work space by operating to extend the counter area around the sink into the sink, thus increasing the working surface area of the same.
Devices and methods for water control
Disclosed are methods, devices and kits for controlling water flow when using a transfer bench, comprising a transfer bench splash guard.
FLUSH-MOUNTED CONTROL PANELS FOR BATHING INSTALLATIONS
A flush-mounted control panel system for a bathing installation. The panel system includes a control panel including a housing structure, the housing structure including a peripheral mounting flange, the panel and flange sized to fit within a tub mounting opening in a mounting surface. A support bracket supports the control panel within the opening, and is fabricated of a thin material. The bracket has a peripheral sidewall portion, a top lip portion extending outwardly from the sidewall portion, and a bottom lip portion extending inwardly from the sidewall portion. The top lip portion overlays a portion of the surface peripheral to the opening and the bottom lip portion underlays the peripheral flange of the panel housing to support the panel within the opening. Adhesive gaskets secure the bracket to the mounting surface and the panel flange to the bottom lip portion.
TUB LINER FOR INFANTS BATHTUB
A disposable liner for use with a reusable infant's bathtub. A workable liner may be formed from two parallel flat sheets of plastic film, bonded together around an outside boundary. The liner is disposable in a flat configuration of minimum thickness, and can then be folded to form a space-efficient rectangular package of substantially constant thickness. Certain liners may include a backrest cushion.
SURFACE MOUNTABLE CLEANING APPARATUS FOR WATER TUBS
Apparatus for cleaning water tubs is disclosed. The apparatus comprises an elongated handle with a first end and a second end, a frame attached to the first end of the elongated handle, a suction cup attached to the second end of the elongated handle, and a replaceable net having a fine-mesh structure releasably attached to the frame. The frame maybe provided with a fine mesh net having a plurality of small holes. The suction cup provided on the handle may allow the apparatus to be easily docked onto the surface of the tub. The user may dock the apparatus onto the surface of the tub when the apparatus is not in use.
SINK DEVICE
A voice controlled device comprises a housing, a dock, a coupling mechanism, and a microphone. The dock is configured to connect the housing to a plurality of host appliances. The coupling mechanism is configured to receive an identification value indicative of docking between the voice controlled device and a currently connected host appliance of the plurality of host appliances. The microphone is configured to receive one or more voice inputs for the currently connected host appliance. A command is provided based on the one or more voice inputs and the identification value.
FREESTANDING CHILD BATH SAFETY DEVICE
A device for bathing children is provided that includes: a hollow body; a plurality of height adjustable legs extending outward from the body; a funnel shaped insert in the hollow body at the distal end thereof, the funnel shaped insert having an opening to receive a vertical flow of a water and an exit extending outward from a bottom of the funnel shaped insert in an orientation that redirects the vertical flow of the water; a tubular channel disposed within the hollow body and coupled at a first end to the exit of the funnel shaped insert and extending toward the proximal end of the hollow body; and a spout rotatably coupled to the tubular channel at a proximal end opposite the first end.
Bathroom cleaning assembly
A bathroom cleaning assembly for cleaning a bathroom includes a housing. A handle is slidably coupled to the housing for gripping. A pair of wheels is each rotatably coupled to the housing for rolling along a support surface. A plurality of dispensing units is provided and each of the dispensing units is positioned in the housing. Moreover, each of the dispensing units contains a fluid. A plurality of brushes is provided and a selected one of the brushes is selectively and fluidly coupled to a selected one of the dispensing units.
