A ceramic-metal temporary bonding body to inhibit breakage and degradation of a ceramic resin composite having low strength includes: a ceramic resin composite in which a non-oxide ceramic sintered body is impregnated with a thermosetting resin composition having cyanate groups in such a manner that a degree of cure calculated by differential scanning calorimetry is 5.0% or more and 70% or less; and a metal plate temporarily bonded to at least one surface of the ceramic resin composite. A shear bond strength between the ceramic resin composite and the metal plate is 0.1 MPa or more and 1.0 MPa or less.

Fillers 13 made of powder having an average particle diameter of 1 to 100 m are dispersed in the resin film 12. The sound-absorbing membrane 10 has a whole airflow resistance of 0.2 to 5.0 kPa.Math.s/m. A sound-absorbing material 20 includes a sound absorbing base sheet 21 made of a porous material, and the sound-absorbing membrane 10 laminated on one surface or both surfaces of the sound absorbing base sheet 21 such that the resin film 12 faces the sound absorbing base sheet 21, the sound-absorbing material 20 has a predetermined shape.

A method for producing a heater with a co-sintered multilayer construction for a system for providing an inhalable aerosol, including providing at least one first substrate layer, arranging at least one first insulating layer at least in areas on the first substrate layer, arranging at least one heating element at least in areas on the first insulating layer, arranging at least one second substrate layer and at least one second insulating layer at least in areas on the heating element. The second insulating layer is arranged at least in areas on the second substrate layer, and the second insulating layer is in contact at least in areas with the heating element and/or with the first insulating layer. The method includes pressing the layers and the heating element, and firing the pressed layers in order to co-sinter the layers of the multilayer construction.

Systems and methods for disassembling two-dimensional van der Waals crystals into macroscopic monolayers and reassembling into artificial lattices
Systems and methods for generating one or more single crystal monolayers from two-dimensional van der Waals crystals are disclosed herein. Example methods include providing a bulk material including a plurality of van der Waals crystal layers, and exfoliating one or more single crystal monolayers of van der Waals crystal from the bulk material by applying a flexible and flat metal tape to a surface of the bulk material. In certain embodiments, the one or more single crystal monolayers can be assembled into an artificial lattice. The present disclosure also provides techniques for manufacturing flexible and flat metal tape for generating one or more single crystal monolayers from two-dimensional van der Waals crystals. The present disclosure also provides compositions for creating a macroscopic artificial lattice. In certain embodiments, the composition can include two or more macroscopic single crystal monolayers adapted from a bulk van der Waals crystal, where the single crystal monolayers are configured for assembly into an artificial lattice based on one or more properties.
