Anti-propylene mask and method for preparation thereof
An anti-propylene mask and method for preparation thereof is provided; the anti-propylene mask includes a fiber cloth contact layer, an antistatic non-woven fabric layer and a fullerene/nano titanium dioxide spunbond layer which are arranged in sequence; the fullerene/nano titanium dioxide spunbond layer is made by spun-bonding the modified resin material into a fiber web; the raw materials of modified resin materials include matrix resin, carboxylated fullerene derivatives, nano titanium dioxide, a lubricant, and a coupling agent; the modified resin material is prepared by following method: the carboxylated fullerene derivative is mixed and reacted with the nano titanium dioxide to prepare the carboxylated fullerene derivative-modified nano titanium dioxide, which is then blended and extruded with the remaining components in the raw material, and thus prepared. The mask can prevent propylene from entering the human body through the human respiratory organs and has a good anti-propylene effect.
PROTECTIVE NYLON FABRICS
The instant disclosure relates to textile materials having an acid reactive functionalized polymer layer and a non-acid reactive functionalized layer coupled thereto. The acid reactive functionalized polymer layer may include: a polyamide polymer that captures and neutralizes acidic molecules; a hydrophilic polyether block amide copolymer; a maleic anhydride-grafted ethylene copolymer; and a non-halogenated flame retardant. The acid reactive functionalized polymer layer is fire resistant, acid neutralizing, and allows water vapor to transfer therethrough. The non-acid reactive functionalized layer and acid reactive functionalized polymer layer are free of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances. The polyamide may include Nylon 12, Nylon 6, or Nylon 6,6 functionalized with an amine (e.g., a pyridine derivative and/or a halogenated-dimethylalkylamine) having a nitrogen that captures and neutralizes acidic molecules. The halogenated-dimethylalkylamine may include a general chemical formula of (CH.sub.3).sub.2NRX, where R is an alkyl containing 1-12 carbon atoms, and X is chlorine or bromine.
Vehicle interior panel with non-uniform hardness
A vehicle interior panel includes a substrate with non-uniform hardness, providing cushioned portions of the panel without the need for a distinct cushioning layer. The substrate is made from a mat of natural and synthetic fibers that is heated and pressed so that the pressed mat has thick and thin portions. The thin portions are rigid and structural, and the thick portions are soft. Application of a decorative layer can be incorporated into the process, as can back-injection molding (BIM) for additional structure.
