Weight room floor covering
Disclosed is a method of adhering a translucent floor material on top of a central wooden platform of a weight lifting station to make a unitary structure, where the wooden platform or a design positioned between the wooden platform and the translucent floor material is visible through the translucent floor material after the translucent floor material and the wooden platform are adhered together.
Lamella core and a method for producing it
A semi product for building panels or structural elements comprising several wood lamellas (5) fixed by distance elements (4), a building panel with such a semi product and a method of producing the semi product and the building panel. A method of producing a semi-product for a structural element or for a core for a building panel, wherein the method comprises the step of: attaching at least two distance strips by an adhesive to a first wood board; attaching a second wood board to the distance strips by an adhesive; and cutting the first and the second wood boards and the distance strips in the length direction of the wood boards.
Wooden decorative board, method for manufacturing the same, and molded article with wooden decorative board
A wooden decorative board includes: an uneven board made of natural wood and including a plurality of uneven portions provided on a surface due to xylem vessels; and a hard coat layer or a protective layer having uneven portions different in size provided on a surface of the uneven board, wherein concave portions and a plurality of concave portions smaller than the concave portions are provided on a surface of the hard coat layer or the protective layer.
CROSS-LAMINATED TIMBER PANEL HAVING A CONDUIT THEREIN AND ATTACHABLE FITTING
A fitting attachable to a cross-laminated panel provides a chase, plumbing space, airflow duct, or wiring route on an edge of the cross-laminated panel. The fitting may run between edges of multiple cross-laminated panels that contain integral hollow members, forming a customizable network of contiguous coplanar routing paths, accessible without installing pipes and wires behind, or in front of the cross-laminated panels. The fitting may also provide a vertical chase for single or multiple cross-laminated panels. The fitting takes advantage of one or more hollow members in the cross-laminated panels to provide contiguous routing paths for wires, pipes, and venting within the cross-laminated panels themselves, extending across any layout of multiple cross-laminated panels. The fitting may additionally serve as mechanical support for attachment of adjacent panels. Further, the fitting may provide structural connection for the CLT panels as required to meet structural code requirements for the building.
Floor panel
A floor panel has a rectangular and oblong shape, and includes a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate and forming a decorative side of the floor panel. The top layer is composed of a print provided on a carrier sheet and a transparent thermoplastic layer situated above the print. The substrate has a thickness from 2 to 10 millimeter and forms at least half of the thickness of the floor panel. The substrate is a polyurethane-based substrate and the transparent thermoplastic layer is polyurethane-based. The floor panel has a length of more than 1.1 meters and has a plurality of reinforcing layers situated outside the center line of the substrate. A reinforcing layer may be provided in combination with the substrate and the top layer.
Method and system for sequencing veneer to lumbercore
A method for sequencing veneer to lumbercore includes receiving a veneer grain width input and a veneer thickness input, determining a cut angle based on the veneer grain width input and the veneer thickness input, receiving a lumbercore width input and a lumbercore height input, determining a set of dimensions for a stack of lumber, and generating a template mapping the lumbercore to the stack of lumber, where the template is based on the lumbercore width input, the lumbercore height input, and the set of dimensions for the stack of lumber, where the lumbercore is rotated within the template at an angle relative to horizontal within the stack of lumber by an amount equal to the cut angle.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A TIMBER COMPOSITE, THE TIMBER COMPOSITE OBTAINED AND DECORATIVE PANELS COMPRISING SUCH TIMBER COMPOSITE
A decorative panel including a substrate material and a decorative top layer, wherein the decorative top layer includes at least one timber layer with a wood structure, wherein the timber layer is a compressed timber layer with naturally occurring vessels throughout a thickness of the wood structure, the vessels being collapsed.
CARD INCLUDING WOOD SHEET, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A method of manufacturing a card according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: processing a wood sheet; stacking the wood sheet on an inlay sheet including an antenna that will be connected to a COB chip; milling an area corresponding to the chip on the wood sheet, and forming a residual layer of a thickness smaller than that of the wood sheet; exposing end portions of the antenna passing through the residual layer from the inlay sheet located under the residual layer of the wooden sheet; and electrically connecting the chip and the end portions of the antenna.
Brushing machine for producing vintage-style lumber, vintage-style lumber, and method for producing vintage-style lumber
[Problem] To address the problem of conventional old wood texture or antique taste boards which lack natural looking worn effects and present an appearance of an artificial treatment applied thereto. [Solution] Unlike a conventional configuration in which the rotary shaft of a roll brush is simply and fixedly arranged parallel to the wood grains of a board to which surface treatment is applied or the painted surface where paint is applied to the wood grains, the rotary shaft may be obliquely set to any angle including a right angle, and may be rotationally driven at high speed at a given inclined angle relative to the horizontal surface of the board along a left to right direction of the roll brush. This makes different “contact strength” of a roll brush such as a metal brush obliquely applied to each right and left end of the board, thereby causing the inclined roll brush to peel off the wood grains or the painted surface where paint is applied to the wood grains with difference strengths for each end of the board. This makes it possible to implement “uzukuri” (brushing process) with different designs presented along a left to right direction of the board.
Weight room lifting platform
Disclosed is a method of adhering a translucent material on top of a central wooden platform of a weight lifting station to make a unitary structure, where the wooden platform or a design positioned between the wooden platform and the translucent material is visible through the translucent material after the translucent material and the wooden platform are adhered together.
