For example, the area of increased pressure may be generated during the lamination process by providing a pressure inducing structure, for instance on the underlying foil layer, which laterally surrounds the solder material and therefore, in combination with the material of the overlying foil layer, reliably confines the solder material.

The present application relates to the technical field of a floor composite material, and more particularly, the present application provides a composite material containing a PVC pre-coating film and a preparation method therefor. In the first aspect, the present application provides the method for preparing the composite material containing the PVC pre-coating film. The method comprises preparing the PVC pre-coating film by utilizing a PVC transparent film layer and a radiation-cured coating; performing high-temperature press fit on the PVC pre-coating film, a substrate material and a printed decorative layer; and then performing cooling and forming treatment to obtain the composite material containing the ultra-wear-resistant and easy-to-clean PVC pre-coating film.

A process for preparing a printed rigid plastic substrate is described, the process comprising: providing a rigid plastic substrate comprising a primer on a surface of the rigid plastic substrate, the primer comprising a primer resin; printing a liquid electrophotographic ink composition comprising a thermoplastic resin onto the primer on the surface of the rigid plastic substrate; depositing a cross-linking composition comprising a cross-linker onto the printed electrophotographic ink composition disposed on the primer; and laminating the rigid plastic substrate with a flexible film such that the ink composition and the cross-linker are disposed between the rigid substrate and the flexible film and wherein the lamination of the rigid substrate with the flexible film causes cross-linking of the thermoplastic resin of the ink composition and of the primer resin.
