Modular walled spa and method of construction

Systems and methods for modular walled systems, such as modular walled spas and modular walled privacy fences and can protect pool and spa equipment from the public. In one embodiment, the modular walled system includes an outer frame disposed within a medial frame, and an inner frame disposed within the medial frame, wherein each frame includes a set of brace assemblies that connect to rebar grids. The brace assemblies may include a foot plate and threaded couplers. The wall system also provides protective room for electrical raceways and a secure anchor substrate to attach electronics, panels, boxes or lighting systems.

The assembly includes a bathtub insert positioned on one of the bathtub sidewalls. The insert is watertight and allows the bathtub to function fully when installed. A hanger is positioned on one wall of the shower stall to retain the insert until it is needed again (e.g., when a user desires to take a bath). A fitting body has a protruding external rib having a rib cross-sectional configuration complimentary to the recess cross-sectional configuration, the rib positioned on the fitting body so that when the fitting body is inserted into the grommet, the rib is received into the recess on the grommet. The grommet and fitting are configured such that the recess and the rib are positioned behind the back surface of the shell wall when installed in the opening, and the grommet is compressed by the edge of the shell opening and pushed outwardly by the rib to lock the fitting into the shell opening.
