Polyimide precursor composition and use thereof
The present invention provides a polyimide precursor composition comprising an amic acid ester oligomer of Formula (1): ##STR00001##
and a diamine of Formula (2) or (3): ##STR00002##
wherein G, P, R, R.sub.x, P, D, E and m are as defined herein. The present invention also provides a dry film containing the polyimide precursor composition, as well as a polyimide film and polyimide laminate prepared from the composition.

A panel bottom sheet and a display device including the same are provided. The panel bottom sheet comprises a main sheet, a bonding member disposed on a bottom surface of the main sheet and partially exposing the bottom surface of the main sheet, a release film disposed below the bonding member, and a spacer disposed between the release film and the bottom surface of the main sheet. The bottom surface of the main sheet is divided into a cover region in which the bonding member is disposed and an exposed region which is exposed by the bonding member. The release film is disposed to overlap with the cover region and the exposed region, and the spacer is disposed to overlap with the exposed region.

A method of manufacturing a display apparatus includes: providing a substrate having a first surface and a second surface and arranging the substrate on a carrier such that the second surface of the substrate contacts the carrier; forming a display device on the first surface of the substrate; arranging a first protective film on the display device; cutting a substrate by irradiating a first short pulse laser beam onto the second surface of the substrate through the carrier; and cutting the first protective film by irradiating a laser beam of an infrared wavelength range onto an area of the first protective film that overlaps a cut area of the substrate.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a pellicle frame which is not susceptible to deterioration even if irradiated with short-wavelength light such as excimer light, and which is not susceptible to generation of an outgas or foreign substance; and a pellicle which uses this pellicle frame. In order to achieve the above-described purpose, this pellicle frame for supporting the outer periphery of a pellicle film is configured to comprise a frame and a film that is formed on the surface of the frame and contains a polyimide resin.

Provided is an electromagnetic wave shielding material including a multilayer structure in which at least one metal foil and at least two resin layers are closely laminated, wherein both surfaces of each metal foil are closely laminated to the resin layers; wherein each metal foil satisfies the following relationship with each of the two resin layers adjacent to the metal foil: 0.02V.sub.M/V.sub.M1.2, in which: V.sub.M is a volume fraction of the metal foil relative to a total volume of the metal foil and the resin layer; V.sub.M is (.sub.R.sub.R)/(.sub.M+.sub.R.sub.R); .sub.M is a true stress (MPa) of the metal foil at breakage when a tensile stress is applied to the metal foil; .sub.R is a true stress (MPa) of the resin layer at breakage when a tensile stress is applied to the resin layer; and .sub.R is a true stress (MPa) of the resin layer when a logarithmic strain same as a logarithmic strain at breakage of the metal foil is applied to the resin layer.

Provided are a resin substrate laminate which enables a resin substrate to be easily released from a release layer by a brief light irradiation process using a low-energy laser beam, and a method for manufacturing an electronic device using the resin substrate laminate. The resin substrate laminate includes a release layer-attached support substrate 4, which has a support substrate 1 and a release layer 2 laminated on the support substrate 1, and a resin substrate 3 which is releasably laminated on a surface, which is opposite to the support substrate 1, of the release layer 2, in which a composition of a surface of the release layer 2 is Si.sub.xC.sub.yO.sub.z (0.05x0.49, 0.15y0.73, 0.22z0.36, x+y+z=1).

POLYIMIDE LAMINATED FILM ROLL BODY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
The present invention relates to a laminated film roll body, around which a laminated film is wound, the laminated film including: a first polyimide film; and a second polyimide film laminated on the first polyimide film and made of a fluorine-based, siloxane-based, or amine-based polyamic acid, wherein the second polyimide film has a glass transition temperature of 350 C. or higher when measured by a temperature elevation rate of 20 C./min. The laminated film roll body can be used in a continuous manufacturing process of a flexible device to improve process yield and efficiency.

Disclosed in various embodiments of the present invention are a display device and an electronic device having same, the display device comprising: a display element having at least one portion which can be changed into a curved shape; and a flexible window member stacked onto the display element, wherein the thickness of a portion of the window member is less than that of the other portions. The display device and the electronic device having same may vary according to embodiments.
