An oral care product comprises a package comprising a container and an applicator tip attached to the container. The applicator tip comprises a material having a Shore A hardness of from about 15 to about 80 and has a dispensing orifice in fluid communication with the container. The dispensing orifice has a minimum diameter of at least about 0.5 mm, preferably at least about 1 mm. The oral care product further comprises an oral care composition contained within the container of the package, wherein the oral care composition comprises an oral care active and has a cone penetration value of from about 10 to about 500, preferably from about 100 to about 300.

A tooth whitening product comprises a multi-phase oral composition contained in a package. The multi-phase composition comprises a hydrophobic phase comprising a flavor, and a hydrophilic phase comprising a peroxide bleaching agent. The package comprises a container formed of an oxygen-permeable substrate comprising one or more layers, wherein the substrate has an oxygen transmission rate at 23° C. of at least about 5 cc/(m2*day) and the substrate is free of a barrier layer. A mating unit is integrated into the base to engage the support surface thereby inhibiting the base from moving on the support surface. A cylinder is provided that has a channel extending therethrough for having a closed end of a toothpaste tube inserted therein. A shaft is rotatably integrated into the cylinder to receive the closed end of the toothpaste tube. A knob is coupled to the shaft and the knob can be gripped by a user for rolling the toothpaste tube around the shaft.
