A device for washing the feet and lower legs of a user comprises a tub for receiving the feet and lower legs of the user; at least one footrest located within the tub for supporting the feet of a user during washing; a fluid supply mechanism for introducing fluid into the tub; one or more rotatable transversely extending cleaning assemblies located above the footrest for washing a user's feet; and one or more rotatable upright cleaning assemblies communicating with the fluid supply mechanism for washing one or both lower legs of the user, wherein each rotatable upright cleaning assembly is carried on a guiding mechanism for moving the one or more rotatable upright cleaning assemblies around a portion of the footrest during a lower leg and foot cleaning cycle.

During use of the back scrubbing machine, the scrubbing towel (1) is sleeved on scrubbing panel A (3). One end of scrubbing panel A (3) is hinged on one end of scrubbing panel B (5). During use of the back scrubbing machine, scrubbing panel A (3) and scrubbing panel B (5) are closed together, and the back surface of the closing surface of scrubbing panel B (5) is provided with at least one connection piece. The connection piece is connected to a connection frame (10), and an end of the connection frame (10) is connected to a power box (24) by means of a bearing. The power box (24) drives the connection frame (10) to rotate through a transmission system being provided inside the power box (24).

A fancy back scrubbing machine, comprising a scrubbing towel (1) and scrubbing panels comprising scrubbing panel A (3) and scrubbing panel B (5). During use of the back scrubbing machine, the scrubbing towel (1) is sleeved on scrubbing panel A (3). One end of scrubbing panel A (3) is hinged on one end of scrubbing panel B (5). During use of the back scrubbing machine, scrubbing panel A (3) and scrubbing panel B (5) are closed together, and the back surface of the closing surface of scrubbing panel B (5) is provided with at least one connection piece. The connection piece is connected to a connection frame (10), and an end of the connection frame (10) is connected to a power box (24) by means of a bearing. The power box (24) drives the connection frame (10) to rotate through a transmission system being provided inside the power box (24).

In some embodiments, usage of a personal care device in compliance with a recommended use is improved. A usage monitor computing device may detect and store records of use of the personal care device. The usage monitor computing device may transmit the records of use to a monitoring server device via a network. The usage monitor computing device may determine whether the records of use indicate that the personal care device has been used as directed by the recommendations, and if so, may determine whether one or more rewards for use should be provided to the user. The usage monitor computing device may receive notifications of the rewards, and may present notifications of the rewards to the user.

In some embodiments, usage of a personal care device in compliance with a recommended use is improved. A usage monitor computing device may detect and store records of use of the personal care device. The usage monitor computing device may transmit the records of use to a monitoring server device via a network. The usage monitor computing device may determine whether the records of use indicate that the personal care device has been used as directed by the recommendations, and if so, may determine whether one or more rewards for use should be provided to the user. The usage monitor computing device may receive notifications of the rewards, and may present notifications of the rewards to the user.

The applicator can be arranged on a top of the head. The applicator can include an application surface and a back surface, and can define a plurality of openings. The diaphragm can be disposed within the head and against the back surface of the applicator. The diaphragm is configured to move in a reciprocating manner towards and away from the back surface of the applicator to create a suction force within the plurality of openings configured to draw contaminates away from pores of a cleansable surface that abuts the application surface of the applicator.

An elastic sleeve method and apparatus for use with a bar of soap to limit the surface area of the soap that is exposed, and reduce the rate of shrinkage of the bar of soap. The sleeve comprises a container of elastic material having a top, bottom, and an elastic opening for insertion of a soap cake. The elastic material has form-fitting dimensions adaptable to the shape of an underlying soap cake. The elastic material also has a plurality of apertures to provide atmospheric communication through the elastic sleeve to an inserted soap cake's surface.

The sleeve comprises a container of elastic material having a top, bottom, and an elastic opening for insertion of a soap cake.
