The bottom surface of the reservoir is comprised of a nozzle, wherein at least one sponge can be placed into the interior surface of the body below the nozzle. Using a button, a user can distribute water onto the sponge such that is becomes moistened. A user can then place a piece of toilet paper onto the sponge and moisten the toilet paper for use in wiping the genitals and/or buttocks after using the restroom.
