Paste dispensing transfer system and method for a stencil printer
A paste dispensing transfer system of a stencil printer is configured to print an assembly material on an electronic substrate. The transfer system includes a paste cartridge mechanism coupled to a print head assembly of the stencil printer, and a rotary indexing mechanism coupled to a frame of the stencil printer. The paste dispensing transfer system is configured to transfer a used paste cartridge from the print head assembly to the rotary indexing mechanism supported by the frame and to transfer a new paste cartridge from the rotary indexing mechanism to the print head assembly.
COMPONENT LOADING VERIFICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
A stencil printer for printing an assembly material on an electronic substrate includes a frame, a stencil coupled to the frame, the stencil having apertures formed therein, a support assembly coupled to the frame, the support assembly being configured to support the electronic substrate, a print head gantry coupled to the frame, and a print head assembly supported by the print head gantry in such a manner that the print head assembly is configured to traverse the stencil during print strokes. The stencil printer further comprises a verification system to determine whether an item placed within the stencil printer is properly installed within the stencil printer.
Reconfigurable Single Media Printer Having a Positionable Media Support Carriage
A system is disclosed to provide a DTS machine that is simple to operate and can through human operator control provide economic and competitive throughput speeds as compared to more complex DTS machines utilizing multiple printing tunnels and material handlers. The present invention utilizes a repositionable print carriage and a re-configurable inkjet printhead bank. The printing carriage is vertically positionable and tiltable, and includes a resizable spindle so that varying geometries of print media may be accommodated. The printer prints a single piece of media at each printing event, but maintains a printing throughput similar to DTS machines having the capability to print media in parallel printing events. Media is moved from a media loading area on the machine by a single operator into a printing tunnel and then the operator adjusts the angle of the media relative to a reconfigurable array of ink-heads to meet inkjet expression distance requirements.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF CONTROL INSTRUCTIONS GENERATION AND INTERPRETATION IN ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
A system of additive manufacturing of an electronic component is provided. The system includes a deposition control computing device, the deposition control computing device including at least one processor in communication with at least one memory device. The at least one processor is programmed to generate control instructions of additive manufacturing of the electronic component, interpret the control instructions into controls of the system, and output the controls.
Device for generating a pattern on a clothing for a machine for manufacturing a web material
A device for producing a pattern combination on a clothing includes the following: a rotary screen, a cylindrical jacket surface with a perforation pattern that defines a first pattern component. Material in the liquid or pasty state is pressed through the perforations of the jacket surface of the rotary screen and deposited on the surface of the clothing in order to produce the first pattern component on a surface of the clothing, while the rotary screen, rotating several times about a longitudinal axis thereof, rolls on the surface of the clothing in at least one path that continuously revolves on the surface of the clothing at least once. At least one device produces, synchronously and/or simultaneously, a second pattern component, which device is connected indirectly or directly to the rotary screen. The device for producing the pattern combination also includes a post-run system.
BAG PULLER RELEASE POST PRINTING PROCESS
A releasing system for a printing machine includes a pallet configured to support a substrate for receiving indicia printed thereon. A layer is disposed intermediate the pallet and the substrate. A releasing station selectively stretches the layer to release a surface of the substrate from a state of adhesion with the pallet.
MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR BENT PLATE WITH PRINTED LAYER
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a bent plate with a printed layer including: holding the bent plate by bringing a second main surface of the bent plate into contact with a surface of a fixing jig in which the surface of the fixing jig has a shape corresponding to the second main surface; disposing a screen having a printing pattern portion above the bent plate; bringing a squeegee into contact with a printing start part of the bent plate via the screen; and causing the squeegee to relatively traverse the bent plate along the first main surface via the screen, in which an angle on a moving direction side of the squeegee is changed when the squeegee is caused to relatively traverse the bent plate.
END DEFLECTORS FOR PRINTING BLADES
Deflector units for use with a printing blade in printing a print medium through a printing screen, which are self-adjustable in a vertical direction for controlling production of rolls of print medium.
PRINTING SYSTEM OF SECURITY MATERIALS AND ANTI-FORGERY DOCUMENTS WITH RAISED PRINTING AND PROCESS THEREOF
A system for printing documents and anti-forgery security papers especially banknotes is provided. The system includes a mechanical feeding mechanism, a hologram pattern print section, an invisible, fluorescence color and main colors pattern printing section using at least three units of ink jet, a varnish coating section, a rotating cylindrical silkscreen printing section for optical variable ink (OVI), a raised printing section, a delivery section, a paper and handle receiving section and a central computer control section. The system has been introduced to create various security features in securities wherein all of the processes including the raised printing are introduced in an all-in-on device.
A MACHINE FOR SURFACE TREATMENT OF A FILM
A machine (100) for surface treatment of a film (202) is disclosed. The machine (100) includes a surface treatment unit (110) for surface treating at least a portion (204) of the film (202). In addition, the machine (100) includes a template (112) arranged between the surface treatment unit (110) and the film (202). The template (112) includes at least one cut-out (126) exposing the portion (204) of the film (202) to the surface treatment unit (110) for performing the surface treatment. Furthermore, the machine is adapted to displace the film (202) relative to the surface treatment unit (110) during the surface treatment of the film (202).
