Dual pressure clam press
A press can include an upper platen, a lower platen, a support arm, and an adjuster. The support arm can be adapted to move the upper platen substantially parallel to the lower paten between an open position and a closed position. The adjuster can have a cam adapted to engage a surface of the support arm and to rotate between a first rotational position and a second rotational position relative to the support arm. Rotation of the cam from the first rotational position to the second rotational position can move the upper platen toward the lower platen.
APPARATUS, METHOD, AND SYSTEM FOR ALIGNING, STACKING, AND APPLYING CRAFT VINYL
Methods, systems, and apparatus for aligning, stacking, and applying craft vinyl are disclosed. A fabric is secured by multiple clamps to a first surface and a second surface of a box when the box is in an open configuration. The first surface has a first measurement grid affixed thereupon. The second surface has a second measurement grid affixed thereupon. The fabric is aligned to the first measurement grid and the second measurement grid. Each vinyl layer of multiple vinyl layers defining a pattern is aligned to each other vinyl layer of the multiple vinyl layers by one or more pegs located on an edge of the first surface of the box. The multiple vinyl layers are positioned on the fabric by the one or more pegs. The multiple vinyl layers are pressed onto the fabric to print the pattern onto the fabric.

High frequency suspension thermal transfer printers without pressure
A pressureless high-frequency suspension thermal transfer printer is disclosed, in which a high-frequency signal of 60-100 Hz is generated by a high-frequency switching power supply, and a high-frequency energy conversion motor is driven to convert a signal into high-frequency mechanical vibration which produces 60-100 Hz high-frequency waves which propagate in a longitudinally diffused manner in which an entire transfer printing surface is covered in a direction that is perpendicular to the transfer printing surface, avoiding wasteful loss in the direction of lateral propagation parallel to the transfer printing surface, so that the high-frequency waves act on a molecular movement during the transfer printing process to the greatest extent, which effectively changes a state of the molecular movement, enhances a molecular penetration force, realizes replacement of physical pressure with the high-frequency waves, completely changes a thermal transfer printing process, and achieves pressureless thermal transfer printing.
DYE SUBLIMATION CALENDER
A fixation/transfer device for control of dye waste in a dye sublimation process. The device comprises a textile inlet, a textile outlet, a heat press or calender, an endless belt for driving the textile from the textile inlet to the textile outlet through the heat press, the heat press being held at a temperature sufficient to cause sublimation of the printing dye, and a cleaning station for cleaning the endless belt, the cleaning station being located downstream of the textile outlet and upstream of the textile outlet. The feed belt may be heated at the cleaning station so that sublimation may assist cleaning.
LOW PROFILE HEAT TRANSFER PRESS
A heat press includes a lower platen and an upper swing arm attached to a base, and an upper platen having a heater therein. The upper platen is coupled to the upper swing arm via a piston rod, and operable via a linkage. The linkage includes a coupler linked between the upper swing arm and a print handle and includes an input link that rotationally couples the print handle to the piston rod such that a motion of the print handle moves the piston rod up or down. The heat press includes a control housing that is electrically coupled to the heater. The upper swing arm is operable to swing the upper platen away from the lower platen when not in contact with the lower platen. The control housing remains in a stationary position regardless of a position of the upper swing arm.

LIQUID ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHY PRINTING ON FABRICS
A liquid electrophotographic (LEP) printing device that includes a photo-imaging plate (PIP) to receive a liquid printing fluid, the liquid printing fluid including a pigment incorporated into a resin, a charge conductor, and a carrier liquid, and a transfer roller to transfer the liquid printing fluid from the PIP to a fabric substrate while wet.
