Method and Apparatus for Printing Radiopaque Indicia
A method of printing radiopaque indicia on a medical device. The method includes applying radiopaque marking fluid to a surface of a plate comprising one or more etchings having a depth of at least 0.0001 inches, exposing the radiopaque marking fluid on the surface of the plate to air to allow the radiopaque marking fluid to achieve a sufficient level of tackiness, and transferring the radiopaque marking fluid to a medical device. The radiopaque marking fluid comprises a clear ink and tungsten particulates having a particulate size of more than one micron.

A conductive liquid composition includes: for a binder resin, 5 to 25 mass % of hydroxyl-containing resin with hydroxyl value 3 to 100 and weight-average molecular weight 4000 to 20000, for a solvent, at least one solvent with a boiling point 170 C., 70 mass % of the total solvent, for a curing agent, 1.5 to 10.0 mass % of polyisocyanate, (D) for a curing accelerator, 0.005 to 0.1 mass % of organometallic compound, (E) for an adhesion reinforcing agent, 0.2 to 2.5 mass % of coupling agent, (F) for conducting materials: (f1) 2.0 to 10.0 mass % of graphite, (f2) 5.0 to 15.0 mass % of conductive carbon black, and (f3) 20.0 to 50.0 mass % of silica particles with a mean particle size 1.0 to 7.0 m and surface-coated with silver, and (G) a surface resistivity 1 to 1000 /sq. when the thickness of the cured film of the conductive liquid composition is 8 m.

Printing pad
A printing pad includes a printing surface to be pushed against a printing original plate and a surface to be printed, the printing original plate having ink placed on the printing original plate; an inner layer disposed inside the printing pad; and an outer layer provided in contact with a surface of the inner layer that is closer to where the printing surface is disposed than is an opposite surface of the inner layer. The outer layer has the printing surface on an outside surface of the outer layer, and is formed such that the printing surface is brought into close contact with the surface to be printed to conform to the surface to be printed when the printing surface is pushed against the surface to be printed, and the inner layer has a cavity provided in the inner layer.

A method for printing an image at multiple positions on a golf ball is disclosed herein. The plurality of locations for the image is preferably ten. The image is preferably a pentagon. The image is alternatively a hexagon or a circle.

PALLET FOR TRANSPORTING ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS
A pallet, manufacturing system, and method for transporting and assembling different electrical connectors are provided. The pallet includes first and second jaw assemblies spaced apart from a connector support. The jaw assemblies include jaw plates with gripping edges that form a contoured opening therebetween. As the jaw assemblies move toward one another, dimensions of the contoured opening decrease such that the gripping edges contact and grip an electrical connector placed in the contoured opening. The jaw assemblies are connected to each other by a synchronization device that synchronizes motion of the jaw assemblies and centers the jaw assemblies about an alignment point on the pallet. The pallet accommodates a number of different sizes and/or types of electrical connectors.
PRINTING BLANKET
Provided is a printing blanket that is unlikely to cause portions uncoated with ink even when the printing-applied surface has protrusions. The printing blanket according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a printing surface to be pressed against a printing plate on which the ink is placed and against the surface on which printing is applied and that is a target of printing. The printing blanket further includes a substrate, an inner coating layer covering at least part of the surface of the substrate, and an outer coating layer covering at least part of the surface of the inner coating layer that is on the side opposite the substrate. The inner coating layer has a smaller Asker C hardness than the substrate, and the outer coating layer has the printing surface on the side opposite the inner coating layer.
