Decoration method, control system and decoration machine
The present invention relates to a decoration method, for applying a new dcor (170) on a surface (2) of an object (1) including an existing dcor (120), characterized in that the method comprises the following successive steps: a step a) for measuring at least two identification points (120a, 120b, 120f) of the existing dcor (120) applied on the surface (2) of the object (1); a step b) for dynamic correction of localization points (170a, 170b, 170f) of the new dcor (170) to be applied on the surface (2) of the object (1), using the identification points (120a, 120b, 120f) measured during the measuring step a); and a step c) for application of the new dcor (170) on the surface (2) of the object (1), by using the localization points (170a, 170b, 170f) determined in the dynamic correction step b). The invention also relates to a control system and a decoration machine comprising such a control system.
COATING DEVICE, AND METHOD INVOLVING AN EMBOSSING STATION AND A PRINTING STATION
A coating device for coating a base body, as well as a method. The coating device has at least one holding device for fixing a base body, at least one stamping station and at least one printing station for applying one or more printed layers to at least one partial area of a first surface of the base body and/or to at least one partial area of one or more film elements stamped on the base body and/or to at least one partial area of one or more further printed layers applied to the base body, and in that the stamping station has one or more stamping units for stamping one or more film elements on at least one partial area of a first surface of the base body and/or on at least one partial area of one or more further film elements stamped on the base body and/or on at least one partial area of one or more printed layers applied to the base body.
Method for printing on multi-layered, hollow, chocolate figures
The present invention relates to a method for providing a multi-layered, hollow, chocolate figure with a print in edible color preparation, comprising providing one half of a hollow, chocolate figure with one or more types of edible color preparation by means of an elastic pad, characterized in that the printing takes place at a pressure of between 8 and 12 bar and wherein the figure is situated in a mold-half during printing.
Method for applying identification marks to a bullet tip during ammunition manufacturing process
A system for printing a bullet tip identification includes a bullet support apparatus for holding and rotating a bullet about its longitudinal axis and a print head configured to be positioned in close proximity to a tip of a bullet. The print head is configured to apply an identification around the circumference of the bullet tip while the bullet is rotating about its longitudinal axis. A method of applying identification marks on bullet tip includes positioning a bullet tip in close proximity to a print head and rotating the bullet about a longitudinal axis of the bullet. An identification mark is then applied around the circumference of the bullet tip by the print head as the bullet rotates.
Pallet for transporting electrical connectors
A pallet, manufacturing system, and method for transporting and assembling different electrical connectors are provided. The pallet includes first and second jaw assemblies spaced apart from a connector support. The jaw assemblies include jaw plates with gripping edges that form a contoured opening therebetween. As the jaw assemblies move toward one another, dimensions of the contoured opening decrease such that the gripping edges contact and grip an electrical connector placed in the contoured opening. The jaw assemblies are connected to each other by a synchronization device that synchronizes motion of the jaw assemblies and centers the jaw assemblies about an alignment point on the pallet. The pallet accommodates a number of different sizes and/or types of electrical connectors.
Method and apparatus for printing radiopaque indicia
A method of printing radiopaque indicia on a medical device. The method includes applying radiopaque marking fluid to a surface of a plate comprising one or more etchings having a depth of at least 0.0001 inches, exposing the radiopaque marking fluid on the surface of the plate to air to allow the radiopaque marking fluid to achieve a sufficient level of tackiness, and transferring the radiopaque marking fluid to a medical device. The radiopaque marking fluid comprises a clear ink and tungsten particulates having a particulate size of more than one micron.
Cover glass printing pad, method of manufacturing cover glass using the same and cover glass manufactured by the same
A cover glass printing pad, a method of manufacturing the cover glass and the cover glass are provided. The cover glass printing pad includes a jig portion, a body portion in which a first surface contacts the jig portion and at least a part of a second surface is parallel to the first surface and a pad portion including an outer frame portion disposed on at least one side of the body portion and protruding in a first direction perpendicular to the second surface.
Pad printed apparel
A tagless article of apparel formed from a knitted fabric having a selected thickness, the article of apparel having inner and outer surfaces, and a product label pad printed directly on the inner surface from a clich with an ink composition comprising an ink, a solvent, and a hardener, the clich having a depth sufficient to cause the ink composition to penetrate the inner surface of the fabric to a depth less than the thickness of the fabric.
TIRE MARKING APPARATUS
An apparatus to mark a surface of an object includes a conveyor assembly having spaced apart conveyor belts with a conveyor opening therebetween. The conveyor assembly has an entry side and an exit side that supports the object. A marking assembly moves between a retracted position away from the conveyor belts, which allows movement of the object from the entry side to the exit side, and an operate position proximal the surface to be marked. At least one marker is carried by the marking assembly which marks a surface of the object when the marking assembly is in the operate position.
System for positioning a golf ball in a high speed printing line
A device for transporting and positioning a golf ball has a shuttle configured to be attached to a track for movement along the track relative to a printing station. The device has a golf ball holder attached to the shuttle. The golf ball holder maintains an orientation of the golf ball. The device also has at least one plate configured to move the golf ball holder between an with respect to the shuttle and the printing station. The at least one plate enables position registration of the golf ball for printing.
