Glow In The Dark Blanket And Flat Screen Printing Method
A method of manufacturing a Glow in the Dark Blanket on Premium GSM is glow-in-the-dark blanket that combines premium quality, exceptional durability, vibrant visual representation, and safety features. With a high GSM of 360 and large, colorful glow-in-the-dark images, this blanket delivers a captivating and enchanting experience for users. It addresses the limitations of conventional glow-in-the-dark blankets, ensuring longevity, visual appeal, and flame retardancy.
Screen Printing Pallet Assembly and Method of Using Pallet Assembly in a Screen Printing Operation
A method of screen printing positionally synchronizes a plurality of pallet assemblies on a first screen printing machine with a plurality of pallet assemblies on a second screen printing machine. A screen printed garment having a properly aligned first image received from the first screen printing machine is transferred on a portion of one of the pallet assemblies on the first screen printing machine to one of the plurality of pallet assemblies on the second printing machine. The properly aligned first image on the garment is in proper positional alignment with a screen printing head on the second screen printing machine such that a second image complimentary to the first image is printed on the garment in proper position on the garment relative to the first image without user intervention to positionally locate the first image relative to the screen printing head on the second machine.
PRINTING ON A GARMENT
An example method for printing on a garment is described, comprising placing the garment on a support tray, depositing a first printing fluid on the garment and a second printing fluid on the first printing fluid, and providing heat from the support tray to the garment after depositing the first printing fluid and before depositing the second printing fluid, to dry the first printing fluid at least partially. An example apparatus for direct-to-garment printing is also described, comprising printheads for depositing a first printing fluid and a second printing fluid, and a support tray for the garment, the support tray comprising a heating element.
Printing device
The present invention relates to a printing device having a base body, at least one loading station, at least one printing station for printing a print substrate and at least one print substrate support for receiving the print substrate to be printed, wherein the print substrate support can be moved between the stations of the printing device, wherein the base body is configured with a conveyor means, by which the print substrate support can be delivered to the at least one printing station, wherein the conveyor means comprises at least one linear drive, which is configured to move the at least one print substrate support along the base body, wherein the base body is formed with at least one track, along which the print substrate support can be conveyed and wherein the print substrate support engages at least partially above and/or below the track, wherein means for carrying a load of the print substrate support are provided on the base body, into which means the print substrate support engages.
Heat transfer press projection alignment system and method
A transfer press for applying a transfer to a garment includes an upper platen, a lower platen, a support head adapted to move the upper platen between an open position and a closed position, to apply heat to at least one of the upper platen and the lower platen to apply a transfer to a garment positioned on the lower platen, and a support arm assembly. The projection assembly is attached to the support arm assembly and extends above the lower platen, the projection assembly having a projector positioned to project an image to the lower platen, the image selected to match in size with the transfer to be applied to the garment, to guide a user where to place the transfer onto the garment.
Heat transfer press projection alignment system and method
A projection assembly for a transfer press includes a projector configured to project a projected image toward a lower platen of a heat transfer press, and an adjustment block for adjusting both a rotational position and a lateral position of the projector with respect to the lower platen.
Hybrid silk screen and direct-to-garment printing machine and process
A hybrid printing machine is described having both silk screening stations and a direct-to-garment digital printing station with a raster image processor to control a portion of a printing process.
PRESS PROJECTION ALIGNMENT SYSTEM
A projection assembly for a transfer press includes a projector configured to project a projected image toward a lower platen of a heat transfer press, and an adjustment block for adjusting both a rotational position and a lateral position of the projector with respect to the lower platen.
HEAT PRESS WITH ADJUSTABLE PRESSURE AND METHOD OF USING THEREOF
Different transfer material and printing methods may require different heating temperatures, pressing durations, and applied pressure to have a design imprinted optimally on a substrate using a platen system of a heat press. The heat press disclosed herein may allow for the adjustment of applied pressure by the platen system in addition to the adjustment of the heating temperature and pressing duration. A user may be able to select from a plurality of preset pressure configurations the desired amount of pressure that the heat press should apply to the objects between the platen system. The applied pressure may be constant pressure or pressure increasing with time. A user may select from different magnitudes of constant pressure or rates of increasing pressure. Additionally, the heat press may have a pressure distribution system for evening out an upper platen to the lower platen when they are pressed together.
