A device for mounting to a surface includes a surface attachment device and an accessory assembly selectively connectable to the surface attachment device. The surface attachment device includes a surface attachment member and a latch operatively connected with the surface attachment member. The surface attachment member includes a contact surface configured to contact a surface against which the surface attachment device is to be retained. The accessory assembly is selectively rotatable about a rotational axis with respect to the surface attachment device when connected with the surface attachment device. The accessory assembly includes a catch and a spring member cooperating with the catch. The spring member biases the catch in a direction not parallel with the rotational axis.

An assembly process for assembling a basin using a molding tool operable between an open position and a closed position, the molding tool having a female molding insert, a male molding insert, and an insert jig, the female molding insert and the male molding insert cooperating to define a mold cavity when the molding tool is in the closed position, the female molding insert having an aperture, the insert jig having a sleeve and a cylinder, the cylinder repositionable within the sleeve and having an end with an end face and a pin protruding from the end face, includes applying adhesive to the pin. The assembly process also includes aligning the pin with an aperture of a basin rim insert. The assembly process also includes pressing the basin rim insert towards the end face such that the pin is received within the aperture of the basin rim insert.

Techniques of transporting bath sponges involve holding a used bath sponge in a case that will carry and compress the used bath sponge. Such a case separates the soiled water and debris that is drained from the used bath sponge. The case is designed to facilitate the drainage of water and debris that have accumulated in the bath sponge after it is used. The action of compression of a bath sponge within this case will also help to maintain the original shape of the bath sponge. This case will keep all water and debris that has collected by the action of compression of the bath sponge contained in the lower sections of the case. In addition, when this case is stored in an upright position, the water and debris will not be able to flow back into the top section where the sponge is being stored.

A back plate assembly for home hardware is provided with a base and an attachment. The base includes at least one mount aperture and is adapted to be mounted to a support surface. The base defines a receptacle, a through-hole, a pair of grooves disposed at an outer edge of the through-hole, and a pair of ledges offset from an inner edge of the through-hole. The attachment includes a lock member with a pair of lock features and a connector member sized for insertion between the pair of ledges when the attachment is oriented in a first radial position. Each of the pair of lock features is positioned on the attachment for insertion within one of the grooves and the connector member is sized to rest upon the ledges when the connector member extends through the through-hole and the attachment is rotated to a second radial position.

A back plate assembly for home hardware is provided with a base and an attachment. The base includes at least one mount aperture and is adapted to be mounted to a support surface. The base defines a receptacle, a through-hole, a pair of grooves disposed at an outer edge of the through-hole, and a pair of ledges offset from an inner edge of the through-hole. The attachment includes a lock member with a pair of lock features and a connector member sized for insertion between the pair of ledges when the attachment is oriented in a first radial position. Each of the pair of lock features is positioned on the attachment for insertion within one of the grooves and the connector member is sized to rest upon the ledges when the connector member extends through the through-hole and the attachment is rotated to a second radial position.

A retractable towel apparatus is disclosed. The retractable towel apparatus includes a plurality of retractable cord and clip modules, each formed of: a housing configured to house a retractable cord, and a clip, wherein the clip is coupled to the retractable cord. An adjustable bar is coupled to the plurality of retractable cord and clip modules, in some embodiments. Some embodiments include a pivoting portion on the clip coupled to the retractable cord.

A retractable towel apparatus is disclosed. The retractable towel apparatus includes a plurality of retractable cord and clip modules, each formed of: a housing configured to house a retractable cord, and a clip, wherein the clip is coupled to the retractable cord. An adjustable bar is coupled to the plurality of retractable cord and clip modules, in some embodiments. Some embodiments include a pivoting portion on the clip coupled to the retractable cord.

A hook arrangement device for hanging items along a rack with (1) a generally S-shaped hook having an interior and exterior portion; (2) a first U-shaped configuration at one end of the S; (3) a plurality of mounting tabs extending from the interior portion of the first U-shaped configuration; (4) a second U-shaped configuration at the other end of the S in inverted relationship to the first U-shaped end; and (5) a U-shaped insert with an interior and exterior portion. The exterior portion of the U-shaped insert is mounted to the interior portion of the first U-shaped configuration using the mounting tabs of the interior portion of the first U-shaped configuration to allow the hook to fit over a bar or rack and thereby holding the hook in a vertical position perpendicular to the bar or rack.

A hook arrangement device for hanging items along a rack with (1) a generally S-shaped hook having an interior and exterior portion; (2) a first U-shaped configuration at one end of the S; (3) a plurality of mounting tabs extending from the interior portion of the first U-shaped configuration; (4) a second U-shaped configuration at the other end of the S in inverted relationship to the first U-shaped end; and (5) a U-shaped insert with an interior and exterior portion. The exterior portion of the U-shaped insert is mounted to the interior portion of the first U-shaped configuration using the mounting tabs of the interior portion of the first U-shaped configuration to allow the hook to fit over a bar or rack and thereby holding the hook in a vertical position perpendicular to the bar or rack.
