A system may include a toilet arranged in an environment; a proximity sensor arranged in the environment and configured to detect proximity data associated with a proximity of a person to the toilet; and at least one controller configured to: determine, based on the proximity data associated with the proximity of the person to the toilet, whether the person is standing in front of the toilet or sitting on the toilet; determine, based on whether the person is standing in front of the toilet or sitting on the toilet, an adjusted amount of water for a flush of the toilet; and modify, based on the adjusted amount of water for the flush, an amount of water used during the flush of the toilet.
Dispenser of towels wetted with hand sanitizer
A device for dispensing towels comprises a container, a sepearet area and a chamber. The container, such a bottle contains liquid, such a hand sanitizer. Then a separate area provides for housing a plurality of dry compressed towels, in the form of tablets. The chamber receives the dry compressed towels and the liquid. A trigger mechanism provides for selectively introducing at least one dry compressed towel and liquid into the chamber. Actuation of the trigger mechanism causes the dry compressed towel to enter the chamber and to be exposed to the liquid so as to be moistened or wetted, thereby being decompressed or expanding. The user can then retrieve the ready to use towel from the chamber.

Filtering face-piece respirator dispenser
A filtering face-piece respirator dispenser 10 having a container 14 that has a constriction aperture 20 and a plurality of filtering, face-piece respirators 12 disposed within the container 14 in a stacked, at least partially-folded arrangement. The stacked respirators 12 include an outermost respirator 12a. The constriction aperture 20 is adapted to allow for the outermost flat filtering face-piece respirator 12a to be manually withdrawn from the container 14 such that the outermost respirator 12a goes from the at least partially-folded condition to an open condition, making the respirator more ready for donning.

The wipe dispensing container described herein provides a permanent solution to house and dispense wipes with a single hand, is recess mounted in the wall, and can change appearance with interchangeable faceplates.
Dispenser bag container and dispenser rack
A bag container dispenser includes a bag container. The container is formed of resilient material and has a bottom, a top, first and second sides, a front, a back and a removable access panel. The access panel has a top segment that includes a portion of the top and a connected front segment. The front segment has a height that extends from the bottom to the top. Stacked bags are sized and shaped to fit within the bag container. Each of the bags has a front wall, a back wall, an open top and a closure mechanism. The bags are dispensable from the container through an opening provided by removal of the access panel which may have a removable cover. A dispenser rack has a horizontal platform sized and shaped to support the bag container. Peripheral guards extend upward from the platform and constrain movement of the container during dispensing.
