TEXTILE DIGITAL PRINTING MACHINE

The present invention provides a textile digital printing machine including: a conveying device; a platen which conveys a textile along with the conveying device; a treatment liquid machine, a drying module, a pressing module and a printing module which are arranged successively along a conveying path of the textile. The treatment liquid machine includes a plurality of spray heads for spraying the treatment liquid onto the textile. The drying module is configured to heat the textile which has been sprayed with the treatment liquid, so that the treatment liquid is absorbed by the textile. The pressing module is configured to press the textile to keep the textile flat and heat the platen. The printing module is configured to spray ink onto the textile to thereby print patterns thereon. The heated platen is configured to dry the ink so that the ink is absorbed by the textile.

SYSTEM FOR DIRECTLY PRINTING FIBROUS OBJECTS WITH SOLID INK IMAGES

A printer includes a spindle that rotates a fibrous object opposite a plurality of printheads while a forced air heater directs heated air toward the surface of the fibrous object. The plurality of printheads eject drops of solid ink onto the surface of the fibrous object to form a solid ink image on the fibrous object and the heated air affixes the solid ink image to the surface of the fibrous object without requiring pressure to affix the solid ink image to the fibrous object.

A hot stamping machine is provided, including a machine table, a processing platform, a hot stamping device and a license plate conveying device, wherein the hot stamping device includes an upper heating plate, a single-rod cylinder, a carbon ribbon and a carbon ribbon conveying mechanism; two groups of lifting mechanisms are used for driving lifting plates to move in the perpendicular direction, tops of two groups of grabbing devices are connected, and grabbing device moving mechanisms are used for driving the grabbing devices to move linearly between the two groups of lifting plates and the processing platform up and down and to the left and the right. Compared with an existing rolling hot stamping machine, the hot stamping machine does not require manual involvement in feeding and discharging, shortens the time for hot stamping one license plate by two-thirds, and has a high hot stamping efficiency.

Post-treatment assembly and method for treating work pieces

A post printing treatment assembly includes a product support assembly and a post printing treatment device. The product support assembly includes a primary support assembly, a primary drive assembly, a number of secondary support assemblies, and a secondary drive assembly. The primary drive assembly is operatively coupled to the primary support assembly. The primary drive assembly imparts a generally constant motion to the primary support assembly. Each secondary support assembly is structured to support a number of work pieces. Each secondary support assembly is movably coupled to the primary support assembly. The secondary drive assembly is operatively coupled to each secondary support assembly. The secondary drive assembly selectively imparts a motion to each secondary support assembly. The post printing treatment device is disposed adjacent the product support assembly.

Method of flexographic printing over a textured surface

Disclosed herein is a method for flexographically printing over a textured surface. The method comprises selecting a substrate for application of a print pattern and advancing the substrate through a flexographic coil paint line in order to apply a primer to at least one side of the substrate. Next a finish coat is flexographically applied to the primed substrate and due to a chemical reaction of the applied finish coat along with supplemental heating, the finish coat forms a textured surface. Next, a print pattern is flexographically applied atop the textured surface.

Media processing system with scheduler

A media processing system is arranged to process image receiving media under predetermined physical conditions. The system includes a scheduler arranged to schedule jobs to be processed in the system and to calculate predicted timings (T0) at which media will have to be ready for processing and to indicate the predicted timings on a user interface. The system further includes a buffer in which a supply of media that has been received from a first environment is kept in a specified second environment before being processed. The scheduler is configured to calculate an acclimatization time required for the media to acquire the predetermined physical conditions by being kept in the second environment in the buffer, and to calculate and indicate a predicted timing (T1) at which the media should be present in the sheet buffer at the latest in view of the calculated acclimatization time.
