REGISTRATION SYSTEM WITH A SPLINE AND YOKE
20200324540 · 2020-10-15 ·

A registration system for a printing device and a method for controlling the same are disclosed. For example, the registration system includes a lead screw motor, a lead screw coupled to the lead screw motor, and a carriage coupled to the lead screw. The carriage includes two drive rollers, wherein each drive roller is coupled to a respective splined shaft coupled to a respective yoke, wherein the respective yoke is coupled to a drive pulley and a drive motor that is in a fixed position, wherein movement of the carriage causes the respective splined shaft of the two drive rollers to move guided by the respective yoke.

Printing device, solder management system, and printing managing method

A printing device includes a storage that stores allowable time for which use of solder supplied to a screen mask can be allowed, a timer that measures time for which the solder is supplied to the screen mask, a determination unit that determines whether or not the solder supplied to the screen mask has exceeded the allowable time based on time measured by the timer, and a notifier that notifies a worker in a case where the determination unit determines that the solder supplied to the screen mask has exceeded the allowable time. The timer measures time by weighting a measurement interval of time for which the solder is moved on the screen mask by a squeegee so as to become greater than a measurement interval of time for which the solder does not move on the screen mask.

Control device and inspection device

In a control device which controls a printing press, a capturing unit captures an inspection target object printed on a target printed material by the printing press, and outputs RGB values of each pixel of a captured image. The converter specifies a pixel with respectively equal RGB values and a pixel with respectively approximating RGB values as pixels in the grayscale area in the image, and converts the RGB values of each pixel other than the grayscale area into HSV values. An extractor extracts a pixel of an extraction target color from the image based on the RGB values in a case of the pixel in the grayscale area, and the HSV values in a case of the pixel other than the grayscale area. The controller controls the printing press to correct the print misalignment based on the pixels of the extraction target color extracted by the extractor.
