Printing apparatus, printing system, printing control method, and recording medium
A printing apparatus that performs printing on a nail to which a base is applied determines an order of applying a base to the nails of a plurality of fingers by a practitioner based on practitioner information about the practitioner who applies the base to the nail, sets, based on the base application order for the nails, the print order for the nails of the plurality of fingers, and performs, based on this print order, printing on the nails of the plurality of fingers, to which the base was applied.
Ink set and recording method using ink set
An ink set contains a white ink composition containing a white coloring material and a resin, and a non-white ink composition containing a non-white coloring material and a resin. The white ink composition and the non-white ink composition are used with a treatment liquid containing a coagulant for coagulating a component of the non-white ink composition. When a 5% by mass calcium acetate monohydrate aqueous solution and each of the ink compositions are mixed, a ratio of the viscosity increase after the mixing to the viscosity increase before the mixing is lower in the white ink composition than in the non-white ink composition.
Printing Machine with Hybrid Printing Technology
The invention relates to a printing machine with hybrid printing technology for printing on a continuous material web. In order to create a printing machine with hybrid printing technology which is adaptable and flexible in use in the course of the current trend for digitization, the printing machine with according to the invention, hybrid printing technology for printing a continuous material web, is a printing machine with a rotating central cylinder, on the surface of which the material web is guided from a placement point to a separation point for printing; a plurality of inking units for digital printing of the material web are arranged in the region of an upper half of the central cylinder, and a plurality of inking units for flexographic printing of the material web are arranged in the region of a lower half of the central cylinder; an unwinding station is provided for unwinding the material web to be printed from a roll and a winding station is provided for winding the printed material web onto a roll, the unwinding station and the winding station being arranged on a first side of the central cylinder, with supply guide rollers for feeding the material web unwound from the unwinding station to the central cylinder and with discharge guide rollers for discharging the printed material web from the central cylinder to the winding station; the feed guide rollers and the discharge guide rollers being arranged on a second side of the central cylinder, with a feed guide roller for placing the material web onto the central cylinder at the placement point and a strip guide roller for detaching the material web from the central cylinder, the feed guide roller and the strip guide roller being designed in such a way that the placement point and the separation point are arranged on the lower quadrant of the central cylinder.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING INK EJECTION
An inkjet printing apparatus includes: a first and a third head that ejects ink onto a print medium to form a printed image; a second head that coats the print medium with a treatment agent that contains a coagulant that coagulates ink; and a control unit that performs a two step ink ejection control process to control the first through third heads such that ink is ejected onto the print medium until a printing rate in a predetermined region of the print medium reaches a threshold value which is set in advance, coats the treatment agent thereafter, and then ejects ink according to a remaining printing rate after the treatment agent is coated.
METHOD FOR PREHEATING SUBSTRATE TREATING APPARATUS AND COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR THE SAME
Disclosed are a method for preheating a substrate treating apparatus capable of shortening a preheating time and simultaneously performing a maintenance operation, and a computer program for the same. The method includes setting a parameter related to preheating of a preheating target component among components constituting the substrate treating apparatus; and preheating the preheating target component based on the set parameter, wherein a movement range of the preheating target component is limited to a value within a movable range.
RECORDING APPARATUS AND CONVEYANCE APPARATUS
A recording apparatus includes a conveyance unit, a conveyance path, a double-sided conveyance path, and first and second charge eliminators. The conveyance unit conveys a recording medium having first and second surfaces in a first direction through the conveyance path to a recording area where recording is performed by a recording unit on the first surface. The recording medium then passes through the double-sided conveyance path before recording is performed on the second surface. The first charge eliminator eliminates charges from the first surface and is disposed at a position downstream of a junction between the conveyance path and the double-sided conveyance path in the first direction and upstream of the recording area in the first direction. The second charge eliminator eliminate charges from the second surface and is disposed downstream of the junction in the first direction and upstream of the recording area in the first direction.
PRINT METHOD AND PRINT DEVICE
A print method includes applying a first processing fluid comprising water and a lubricant to a fabric, applying a second processing fluid comprising water and a flocculant to the fabric, and applying an ink to the region of the fabric where the first processing fluid and the second processing fluid have been applied.
PRECOATING AGENT, IMAGE FORMING METHOD, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
The present invention provides a precoating agent which is used in an image forming method using an active ray curable ink and which is applied to a surface of a recording medium before the active ray curable ink is applied, the precoating agent comprising a crystalline resin and an active ray polymerizable compound.
Method for pretreating a printing material for ink jet printing
A method pretreats a printing material used for ink printing to influence the spreading of ink print dots on the printing material. The spreading behavior is influenced in such a way that the ink print dots spread in an anisotropic way. The anisotropic spreading advantageously allows undesired quality losses in the print that are caused by a failed ink nozzle to be reduced or avoided. The influencing of the spreading behavior may be achieved by an anisotropic application of a liquid, in particular a primer or varnish, to the printing material, or by an anisotropic embossment or print on the printing material or by an anisotropic treatment of the printing material with charged particles, in particular by a plasma or a corona, or with electromagnetic radiation, in particular laser radiation.
INK JET PRINTING METHOD
