APPARATUS FOR INKJET PRINTING AND CURING INTEGRATION PROCESS
An apparatus for inkjet printing and curing process for performing on more than one side of a workpiece in one continuous sequential process, the workpiece is shaped as a cube configured with a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface, and side surfaces connected between the first surface and the second surface. The apparatus for inkjet printing and curing integration process comprises a base, a supporting module, a printing module, a rotary module, and a transporting module, wherein the transporting module moves the workpiece under the printing module for being printed and cured on one side, then the rotary module rotates the workpiece such that a different side is presented for inkjet printing and curing. The printing module thus performs a continuous inkjet printing and curing process on more than one side of a workpiece, and the working efficiency is improved.
HANDHELD PRINTING APPARATUS
Provided is a manually moved printing apparatus capable of suppressing deterioration in printing quality even if the printing apparatus is lifted or tilted. To provide this, a Y-direction sensor support shaft formed integrally with a downstream position detection sensor case and having a rotation axis in the direction of arrows is rotatably supported by a downstream sensor case support arm.

The substrate has a front surface which faces the platen roller in a facing direction intersecting an axis direction of the platen roller and the conveyance direction. The heating element is provided on the front surface of the substrate. The heat sink is in contact with a back surface of the substrate. The first defining part and the second defining part define the conveyance path. The first defining part is provided on a further upstream side than the heating element in the conveyance direction. The second defining part is provided at the heat sink on a further downstream side than the substrate in the conveyance direction. and has a contact surface with which the medium comes into contact.

A printing apparatus 10 includes support member 12 that supports a core body Ra of a roll medium R, a transport mechanism 17 that transports the print medium S drawn out from the roll medium R, a first accommodation sidewall 27 and a second accommodation sidewall 28 arranged in a width direction, a print head 22, and a trailing edge detection section 60 that detects that all of the print medium S that is drawable out from the roll medium R has been drawn out by the transport mechanism 17, wherein the first accommodation sidewall 27 has groove 50, and the roll medium R is accommodated in an accommodation section 11 by engaging the support member 12 with the groove 50 and the trailing edge detection section 60 detects that the support member 12 is separated from an engagement surface 52 of the groove 50.

Disclosed is a printing device including a main body portion including a body portion configured to provide an internal space in which recording paper for printing certain information thereon is transferred and an opening or closing portion configured to control opening or closing of the internal space, a printing portion configured to print the certain information on the recording paper transferred in the internal space, and a recording paper separation portion located on a downstream side of the printing portion and configured to cut or cut off and separate recording paper on which particular information is printed by the printing portion from the other recording paper. Here, the main body portion includes a protruding portion configured to prevent an adhesive attached to the surface opposite the adhesive surface from being accumulated by decreasing a contact area with the surface opposite the adhesive surface.
PRINTING DEVICE HAVING ENGAGEMENT PORTION ENGAGEABLE WITH EXTERNAL COMPONENT FOR STABLE ATTACHMENT THEREOF TO THE PRINTING DEVICE
There is provided a printing device to which an external component is attachable. The printing device includes: a housing; a print head provided inside the housing; a guide portion configured to guide a printing medium to the print head in a conveying direction; and a first engagement portion engageable with a first attaching portion of the external component. The housing includes a first frame, a second frame opposite the first frame in a widthwise direction crossing the conveying direction, and a connecting portion extending in the widthwise direction to connect the first frame to the second frame. The print head is supported by at least one of the first frame and the second frame. The guide portion is fixed to the connecting portion. The first engagement portion is formed in one of the guide portion and the connecting portion.

A medium transport unit includes an upstream route in which a print sheet is transported, a first switchback route, a second switchback route, a first guide route, a second guide route, a guide flap configured to switch the route so that the print sheet in the upstream route is transported either toward the first guide route or toward the second guide route, a first discharge route from which the print sheet in the first switchback route is discharged, a second discharge route from which the print sheet in the second switchback route is discharged, and a downstream route passing between the first switchback route and the second switchback route and having an upstream end connected to a junction of downstream ends of the first discharge route and the second discharge route.
Recording device
A recording device includes a first transportation path along which a medium is transported, a recording unit configured to record on the medium on the first transportation path, a second transportation path branching from the first transportation path, a flap located at the junction and configured to be moved to a first position to open the first transportation path and to a second position to close the first transportation path, and a driving section. After the medium passes the junction, the flap is positioned at the second position to come in contact with the medium traveling upstream along the first transportation path and guide the medium to the second transportation path. The flap is moved to the first position by a driving force of the driving section.
