A toilet is disclosed which includes a toilet bowl having an inner space defined therein and having a top portion having a first opening and a top edge around the first opening; a seat mounted on the top edge so as to pivotally move relative to the bowl, wherein the seat has a second opening defined therein, communicating with the first opening; and a lid to cover the seat so as to pivotally move relative to the bowl, wherein the lid has an outer portion corresponding to the seat, and an inner portion protruding downwardly from the outer portion, and wherein when the lid is mounted on the seat, the inner portion fits into the second opening in the seat.

The container body comprises an opening shaped like the opening of the toilet bowl. At least one anti-odor membrane extends over the central portion, to close the opening. The membrane is water-soluble, biodegradable and heat-sensitive, which is adapted to puncture upon contact with the solid excrement, substantially at the area of contact.

Technology associated with automatically raising a toilet seat is described. In an example embodiment, a device for automatically raising a toilet seat includes a fluid-based movement source that generates a force upon actuation and a movement transmission mechanism configured to transfer the force to the toilet seat to raise the toilet seat from a lowered position to a raised position. The fluid-based movement source is fixable to a toilet having a toilet seat and a toilet bowl and the movement transmission mechanism is connected to the fluid-based movement source to receive the force and coupleable to the toilet seat.

A one-touch quick-release device of a toilet cover is provided. One end of a connecting member is installed to the toilet cover through a turning member, and another end of the connecting member is connected with an engaging member. A return elastic member is provided between the engaging member and the connecting member. The connecting member is radially provided with an insertion rod. The retaining member is vertically provided with a support rod. The support rod is formed with a central hole for insertion of the insertion rod. An upper end of the support rod is provided with an annular flange. The engaging member is provided with an annular through trough. The annular flange is inserted through the annular through trough to lean against the connecting member. The insertion rod of the connecting member is inserted into the central hole of the support rod.

The toilet seat sheet is provided with a sheet main body 1, an opening 2 formed in a center portion of the sheet main body 1, a hanging part 3 configured to hang down from an inner edge portion 21 of the opening 2. An example system includes a manipulation device configured to be mounted to a sanitation apparatus for storing or disposing human waste. The manipulation device includes a first arm mechanism, a second arm mechanism, a first articulating joint mechanically coupling the first arm mechanism to the second arm mechanism, a grasping mechanism, and a second articulating joint mechanically coupling the second arm mechanism to the grasping mechanism. The system also includes a control module communicatively coupled to the manipulation device and configured to control the manipulation device.

The splash guard is composed of flexible members including a plurality of flat sections being connected by fan-fold pleat sections. The splash guard lays flat for normal seated use, or may be deployed upward to form a vertical barrier to contain and direct any liquids into the toilet bowl. In a preferred embodiment, the splash guard and seat are horseshoe-shaped.

The waste management chair system is useful for providing a combined toilet and chair for patients, elderly, and anybody having difficulty being mobile.
