A printed matter foil stamping system includes: a printing device that forms a toner layer or an ink layer on a paper sheet in accordance with print data; and a foil stamping device that performs foil stamping on the toner layer or the ink layer, wherein the printing device or a control device that controls the printing device includes a hardware processor that generates print data capable of forming a portion in which a thickness of the toner layer or the ink layer is relatively large and a portion in which the thickness is relatively small in an area in which foil stamping is to be performed, and, in accordance with the print data, the printing device forms the toner layer or the ink layer having a portion with a relatively large thickness and a portion with a relatively small thickness on the paper sheet.

A printed matter foil stamping system includes: a printing device that forms a toner layer or an ink layer on a paper sheet in accordance with print data; and a foil stamping device that performs foil stamping on the toner layer or the ink layer, wherein the printing device or a control device that controls the printing device includes a hardware processor that generates print data capable of forming a portion in which a thickness of the toner layer or the ink layer is relatively large and a portion in which the thickness is relatively small in an area in which foil stamping is to be performed, and, in accordance with the print data, the printing device forms the toner layer or the ink layer having a portion with a relatively large thickness and a portion with a relatively small thickness on the paper sheet.
NONPLANAR PATTERNED NANOSTRUCTURED SURFACE AND PRINTING METHODS FOR MAKING THEREOF
A method of applying a pattern to a nonplanar surface with a radius of curvature. A stamp with a major surface has a relief pattern of pattern elements extending away from a base surface. Each pattern element has a stamping surface with a lateral dimension 0 to 5 microns. An ink applied on the stamping surface includes a functionalizing molecule with a functional group that chemically binds to the nonplanar surface. The stamp is positioned to initiate rolling contact between the nonplanar surface and the major surface of the stamp. The stamping surface of the pattern elements contacts the nonplanar surface to form a self-assembled monolayer of the functionalizing material on the nonplanar surface and impart the arrangement of pattern elements. A relative position of the stamping surface is controlled with respect to the nonplanar surface while the major surface of the stamp contacts the nonplanar surface.

Stamp device
A stamp device includes a main body. The main body includes a bottom plate on which a carrier and a stamp are placed, a pressing plate which cooperates with the bottom plate to press the carrier and the stamp, a limiting structure for limiting a lateral relative movement of the pressing plate and the bottom plate, and a connecting structure for folding and unfolding the main body. An upper surface of the bottom plate is provided with a working space for placing the carrier and the stamp. The present invention uses the pressing plate and the bottom plate to press the stamp and the carrier for stamping the pattern on the carrier. A movement space cooperates with a limiting member to limit the lateral movement of the pressing plate.
Stamp device
A stamp device includes a main body. The main body includes a bottom plate on which a carrier and a stamp are placed, a pressing plate which cooperates with the bottom plate to press the carrier and the stamp, a limiting structure for limiting a lateral relative movement of the pressing plate and the bottom plate, and a connecting structure for folding and unfolding the main body. An upper surface of the bottom plate is provided with a working space for placing the carrier and the stamp. The present invention uses the pressing plate and the bottom plate to press the stamp and the carrier for stamping the pattern on the carrier. A movement space cooperates with a limiting member to limit the lateral movement of the pressing plate.
POSITIONING AID FOR A STAMPING TOOL
An assembly for precise positioning of a stamping tool, such as a photopolymer stamp. The assembly having a flat base of preferably a square shape. A platform of a predetermined height runs along the periphery of the flat base. A grid film removably adhered to the top surface of the flat base. Four alignment tabs can be provided on the four corners of the platform. A flip plate dimensioned to fit over the platform, such as corners of the flip plate juxtapose to the alignment tabs. A portion of the flip plate extends sidewards from the periphery of the platform, such as the flip plate can be lifted. The clear flip plate having radial lines that extend from the center to the periphery of the flip plate.

Apparatus with two anchors
An apparatus with two anchors including a housing, a movable element, and a rotary element is provided. The housing includes a first expansion unit, a second expansion unit, and a linkage. First alignment structures are disposed in the movable element and anti-rotation structures are disposed in the linkage. When the movable element and the rotary element enter the housing from two ends and are coupled along an axis, the movable element and the rotary element can approach each other to expand the first expansion unit and the second expansion unit to form two anchors. The apparatus with two anchors secures a sensor in a variety of environments such as walls or machines. When the apparatus with two anchors fixes a sensor in a hole of a stamping machine, the impact force does not cause stress concentration on the sensor so as to improve the reliability of the sensor.
