The exhaust air guide portion includes an outer periphery cylindrical portion positioned at the outer side of the impeller in the radial direction, and an inner guide portion extending toward the lower side from the outer periphery cylindrical portion. A plurality of the inner guide portion are provided following the circumferential direction, and cover the outer side of the through holes in the radial direction. A guide portion vent that opens to the outer side of the exhaust air guide portion is disposed between inner guide portions that are adjacent in the circumferential direction.

A weld wheel cleaning system is provided to clean or remove a layer of embedded material and other debris produced from welding from the working surface of a weld wheel. Such a weld wheel cleaning system includes a cleaner with an abrasive material positioned on an outer surface of the cleaner. The cleaner is positionable adjacent to the weld wheel such that the abrasive material is aligned with the working surface of the weld wheel. An actuator can be used to selectively actuate the cleaner with a force sufficient to remove the layer of embedded material from the working surface of the weld wheel with the abrasive material. The debris from the cleaner can be removed by a vacuum.

The vacuum suctioning unit of the present invention includes: a cover provided with an air entrance; an impeller for circulating air that enters the air entrance; a motor provided with a shaft connected to the impeller; a guide device for guiding the flow of air that exits an exit of the impeller; and a motor housing that houses the motor and is provided with an air exit. The guide device includes: a guide body disposed below the impeller; a first guide vane formed on a side surface of the guide body and guiding air discharged from the impeller; and a second guide vane formed on the bottom surface of the guide body and connected to the first guide vane to guide air that is moved by the first guide vane. The entrance angle of the first guide vane is within the range of 10 to 27 degrees.

An all in the head surface cleaning apparatus includes a surface cleaning head having a lower surface having a dirty air inlet. The surface cleaning head may include a brush motor drivingly connected to a movable brushing member having a brush motor axis. The surface cleaning head may include a cyclone comprising a cyclone chamber having a longitudinal cyclone axis. The surface cleaning head may include a suction motor having a first end, a second end and a suction motor axis extending between the first and second ends. The surface cleaning head may include a bleed valve having an inlet end, an outlet end and a body extending between the inlet and outlet ends. The body may have a bleed valve axis. The bleed valve axis may be generally parallel to at least one of the cyclone chamber axis, the suction motor axis and the brush motor axis.
