A stencil holder for rapidly and consistently decorating objects placed therein. The stencil holder includes a base pivotally connected to a frame, wherein the frame can move between an open and closed position. The frame includes a lower support that can removably couple with an upper support, wherein the upper support and the lower support cooperatively secure a stencil therebetween in an operational position. The upper support and the lower support each include an opening for accessing the stencil when disposed therebetween. In the closed position, the supports are secured to one another and the frame rests parallel to the base such that the stencil rests directly above the object for applying decoration. In some embodiments, an extender is removably securable to either a top side or lower side of the upper support to allow various sized objects to fit therebeneath.

A meshless foil stencil frame removes all the components of mesh mounted frames and associated issues and mechanically attaches the foil to an aluminum frame by way of pre-cut tabs. Tension is applied by either pulling on all four sides of the frame and then placing a spacer at each corner to maintain the displacement of each frame member or locking the corners and placing a displacement insert between frame and foil. This displacement in turn applies pressure on a foil which is held firm at each of the four edges and therefore creates tension on the foil.

The tray is generally rectangular with a peripheral sidewall and has a storage compartment each for the web roll, the stencil elements, the frames, and the marker. The sidewall adjacent the web roll compartment has an opening therethrough. The frames have an elongate central planar portion and a pair of parallel upraised crenellated sidewalls with stencil retention elements defined in the crenels. The frames also have mateable elements defined at each end to join the frames together. The stencil elements fit between the frame sidewalls and have elongate projections with stencil retention elements adapted to mate with the stencil retention elements defined in the frame crenels.
