NON-WOVEN FABRIC WEB HAVING PRINTED PATTERN
A non-woven fabric web having a printed pattern. The web has an air permeability of 0-3500 L/m.sup.2/s, and comprises an upper surface fiber layer, at least one middle ink-receiving layer, and a lower surface fiber layer sequentially connected. Fibers in the upper surface fiber layer and lower surface fiber layer have a fiber fineness larger than 1.0D. Fibers in the middle ink-receiving layer have a fiber fineness smaller than 0.3D. The middle ink-receiving layer is printed with a single-color or multi-color ink printed pattern. The fibers respectively in the upper surface fiber layer, the at least one middle ink-receiving layer, and the lower surface fiber layer are laid, sprayed, and formed into shape via heat pressing points by means of a single thermal bonding process. The area of recessed regions formed by the heat pressing points is 5-70% of the total area. The non-woven fabric web of the present invention can effectively prevent an ink transfer during use from causing potential problems, such as skin allergies.
Coating material, printing member for dot printing, and PTP packaging body
The present invention provides a coating material that can improve gravure printing characteristics of the printing surface of a printing substrate to favorably transfer an ink fed in the cell of a gravure printing roll to the printing surface of the printing substrate, thereby achieving the beautiful gravure printing. The coating material of the present invention is a coating material for forming a surface layer serving as a printing surface on a printing substrate to which gravure printing is to be applied, and the coating material is characterized by including a pigment including an inorganic particulate and a skin layer that is formed on a surface of the inorganic particulate and includes an organic compound.
Printing system and printing method
In a forward movement, an article is conveyed to a printing device via a transfer position while being kept mounted in a first holder for printing by the printing device. The article is returned to the transfer position together with the first holder after printing. An article to be printed after the above article is mounted into a second holder in parallel with at least a part of the forward movement, the printing and a return movement. This is capable of printing on the articles in a short throughput time also when the articles are those having a three-dimensional shape such as bottles and in-vehicle components.

ALKALI RELEASE SOLUTION FOR GRAVURE PRINTING INK COMPOSITIONS AND RELEASE METHOD USING THE SAME
An alkali release solution contains a basic compound, a polyoxyalkylene alkyl derivative, and water, for releasing a printed layer formed on a base material and constituted by a gravure printing ink composition for label surface printing that satisfies a or b below: a) containing no vinyl chloride resin, wherein the composition contains a pigment, a binder resin containing cellulose resin and urethane resin, and an organic solvent, wherein the ratio by mass of the solids content of polyurethane resin and cellulose resin is 5/95 to 95/5; or b) containing a vinyl chloride resin, the composition contains a pigment, a vinyl chloride resin, and a polyurethane resin, wherein the content of the vinyl chloride resin, based on the ratio by mass of the solids content of vinyl chloride resin and urethane resin, is 1.73 parts by mass or lower relative to the urethane resin representing 1.00 part by mass.
Coating liquid composition and process for producing article provided with film using it
To provide a coating liquid composition containing a fluororesin, whereby a film excellent in the surface flatness can be formed by a plate printing method. A coating liquid composition comprising a fluororesin having an aliphatic ring in the main chain and a fluorinated solvent, wherein the fluorinated solvent has a boiling point of at least 185° C., and the composition has a viscosity of at most 1,000 mP.Math.s at 25° C.

Printed matter and method of producing printed matter
Printed matter having a continuous color pattern, such as a high-definition fine printed design pattern. The printed matter has a printed portion on a surface of a printing substrate. The printed portion is formed of an ink and visually recognized as a continuous color pattern. Further, the printed portion is constituted of a combination of a plurality of lines each being formed of an ink and having a line width of 100 μm or less. Of the plurality of lines, two adjacent lines have a spacing there between which is 50 times or less the line width of the line that is the narrower one of the two lines defining the spacing.
