Application of Electrical Conductors of a Solar Cell
20230129839 · 2023-04-27 ·

A method is disclosed for applying an electrical conductor to a solar cell, which comprises providing a flexible membrane with a pattern of groove formed on a first surface thereof, and loading the grooves with a composition comprising conductive particles. The composition is, or may be made, electrically conductive. Once the membrane is loaded, the grooved first surface of the membrane is brought into contact with a front or/and back of a solar cell. A pressure is then applied between the solar cell and the membrane(s) so that the composition loaded to the grooves adheres to the solar cell. The membrane(s) and the solar cell are separated and the composition in the groove is left on the solar cell surface. The electrically conductive particles in the composition are then sintered or otherwise fused to form a pattern of electrical conductor on the solar cell, the pattern corresponding to the pattern formed in the membrane(s).

METHOD OF FABRICATING METASURFACE ON SKIN FOR BLOOD GLUCOSE DETECTION

A method of fabricating metasurface on skin for blood glucose detection, which relates to a flexible wearable electronic technology in healthcare. The blood glucose detectioncomprises: designing metasurface with a resonant ring structure cell, and building a model by simulating a relationship between blood glucose concentration and electromagnetic absorption property of the metasurface; preparing the metasurface on the skin; scanning the metasurface on the skin under different frequencies electromagnetic wave and acquiring a relationship curve between S-11 parameter and frequency; the change of blood glucose concentration is determined according to the resonant peak frequency shift in the relationship curve based on the model. It realizes the electromagnetic wave metasurface with a good skin biocompatibility, a stable electromagnetic property and a high glucose detection accuracy is directly structured on the skin, moreover, it can directly measure human blood glucose concentration without sampling human blood, realizing real non-invasive human blood glucose detection.

PRINTING CONTROL DEVICE AND PRINTING CONTROL METHOD

A printing control device includes a determination section, a first printing control section, a movement controller, and a second printing control section. When the determination section determines that an elapsed time in which no board is convey exceeds an allowable time, the first printing control section causes the printer to execute the printing process for a first time on a first board which is conveyed in since the determination is made. The movement controller separates the mask and the board from each other after the first printing control section executes the printing process for the first time and brings the mask and the board into abutment with each other again after the separation. The second printing control section causes the printer to execute the printing process for a second time on the board after the movement controller brings the mask and the board into abutment with each other again.

Device for generating a pattern on a clothing for a machine for manufacturing a web material

A device for producing a pattern combination on a clothing includes the following: a rotary screen, a cylindrical jacket surface with a perforation pattern that defines a first pattern component. Material in the liquid or pasty state is pressed through the perforations of the jacket surface of the rotary screen and deposited on the surface of the clothing in order to produce the first pattern component on a surface of the clothing, while the rotary screen, rotating several times about a longitudinal axis thereof, rolls on the surface of the clothing in at least one path that continuously revolves on the surface of the clothing at least once. At least one device produces, synchronously and/or simultaneously, a second pattern component, which device is connected indirectly or directly to the rotary screen. The device for producing the pattern combination also includes a post-run system.

A screen printer comprising: a conveyance device configured to convey a board; a board holding device configured to position a conveyed board at a printing position; a stencil holding device configured to attach a stencil above the held board; a squeegee device configured to fill pattern holes of the stencil with solder paste; a board raising and lowering device configured to raise and lower the board positioned by the board holding device; and a control device configured to perform drive control of each the above devices, the control device including a standby printing processing section configured to raise the board from below with respect to the stencil such that the board contacts the stencil, stand by in a state with solder paste filled in the pattern holes, and lower the board to separate the board from the stencil in accordance with a board conveyance signal.

Semiconductor device manufacturing method

A printed circuit board has an in-pad via. In a first step, a component is mounted on a first surface of a printed circuit board. A screen to be used in a second step has openings at positions corresponding to those of a plurality of pads on a second surface and has a recess positioned to overlap an in-pad via. Solder cream is applied from above the screen, and the screen is removed. Then, a component is mounted on the second surface.

TENSIONED PRINTING SCREEN FRAME, ASSEMBLY AND METHOD

Disclosed is a printing screen assembly, a frame for a printing screen and method for their construction. The printing screen assembly has a frame (310) with an elongate first frame member (320, 320a) and an elongate second frame member (320, 320b) parallel to the first frame member (320, 320a) and in fixed relation thereto; and a corresponding cantilevered first and second tensioning arrangement (326) extending from each frame member (320) along a length thereof. A predictable pre-tensioning force may be applied by resiliently deflecting the tensioning arrangements (326) into contact with an abutment arrangement (328) and securing a printing screen to an attachment portion (326b) of the first tensioning arrangement (326a), while the first tensioning arrangement (326) is in contact with the first abutment arrangement (326a). The frame may be formed by preselecting the resilience of the tensioning arrangement (326) so as to preselect the tension applied when tensioning a printing screen in use.
