Provided are a printing blanket and a printing method that enable printing on a printing member having a curved surface at an edge. The printing blanket includes a base member made of an elastic material having a three-dimensional shape with a recessed portion or a hole portion in a center of the base member and a ridge line surrounding the recessed portion or the hole portion, and a printing surface arranged on a surface of the base member on an outer side from the ridge line.

MICROWAVABLE SOLVENT-BASED PACKAGING INK COMPOSITION
20210009825 · 2021-01-14 · ·

Described herein are printing ink compositions suitable for printing of microwavable flexible packaging. The printed black ink exhibits low microwave energy absorption, thus minimizing the risk of charring, arcing, ignition, distortion or burning during microwave heating processes. Nitrocellulose resin, a solvent, a polyurethane resin, and a carbon black pigment having at least one of an imaginary permittivity of 3, preferably 2, and a surface oxygen content of 1 wt % to 3 wt %, preferably 1.5 wt % to 2.5 wt % are among the components of the printing ink compositions. Also described is packaging suitable for exposure to microwave energy upon which the inks have been printed.

Screen printing pallet assembly for use in a screen printing operation

A method of screen printing positionally synchronizes a plurality of pallet assemblies on a first screen printing machine with a plurality of pallet assemblies on a second screen printing machine. A screen printed garment having a properly aligned first image received from the first screen printing machine is transferred on a portion of one of the pallet assemblies on the first screen printing machine to one of the plurality of pallet assemblies on the second printing machine. The properly aligned first image on the garment is in proper positional alignment with a screen printing head on the second screen printing machine such that a second image complimentary to the first image is printed on the garment in proper position on the garment relative to the first image without user intervention to positionally locate the first image relative to the screen printing head on the second machine.

LAMINATED VEHICLE GLASS

A laminated vehicle glass has an outer glass, an intermediate layer arrangement, an inner glass, a first color carrier and a second color carrier. The outer glass is at least partly adhesively bonded to the inner glass via the intermediate layer arrangement. The first color carrier is formed as a print with a first printing ink on the inner side of the outer glass. The second color carrier is formed as a print with a printing ink or as a film and has a second color. The second color carrier is provided in at least some regions on the side of the first color carrier that faces away from the outer glass. The first color and second color are different, at least in some regions. The second color is provided in a frame-like region of the laminated vehicle glass.
