Vacuum Cleaner
The invention refers to a vacuum cleaner (10) comprising a housing (15) with first components arranged therein which interoperate with one another in order to realize a first air flow (42) for a vacuum cleaning functionality. The first components comprise a first electric motor (40) and a first turbine (38) actuated by the first electric motor (40) in order to create the first air flow (42) and a low-pressure in a dust collecting chamber (22) of the vacuum cleaner (10) provided with an inlet opening (24) in order to suck in dust and small particles into the dust collecting chamber (22). The vacuum cleaner (10) further comprises second components separate from the first components and the second components interoperate with one another in order to realize a second air flow (100) for a purifying functionality of dust-laden air surrounding the vacuum cleaner (10). The second components comprise a second electric motor (96), a second turbine (98) actuated by the second electric motor (96) in order to create the second air flow (100), and at least one air filter element (104) through which the second air flow (100) is drawn in order to filter out most of the dust contained in the dust-laden air of the second air flow (100).
Vac Lid
An accessory module for a vacuum cleaner system that can be attached to any of the standard shop vacuum and help for reducing the re-emptying times while cleaning. More specifically, the present invention relates to a vacuum lid in a vacuum cleaning system with a large waste receptacle to be used in industrial or construction site. The vacuum lid is an innovative cleaning unit that has been designed to allow the user to easily swap the suction head off of the shop vacuum and place it on the large waste receptacle to pick up larger volumes of dust, dirt, and debris. Further, the system could adapt standard shop vacuum to larger containers, and latches could be used to secure the assembly to top of large waste receptacle.
Light indicator system for an autonomous mobile robot
An autonomous mobile robot includes a body, a drive supporting the body above a floor surface, a light-propagating plate positioned on the body and having a periphery defining a continuous loop, light sources each being positioned to direct light through a portion of the plate to a portion of the continuous loop, and a controller to selectively operate the light sources to provide a visual indicator of a status or service condition of the autonomous mobile robot. The drive is configured to maneuver the mobile robot about the floor surface.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL UNIT FOR DUST AND ODOR CONTROL
An environmental control unit comprises a housing, a vacuum cleaner, a filtration unit, and a blower. The vacuum cleaner is positioned in the housing and is configured to receive a tool contaminant stream produced by at least one tool. The vacuum cleaner filters particulate matter from the tool contaminant stream, thereby producing a filtered air stream. The filtration unit is also positioned within the housing and comprises at least one filter. The blower is positioned within the housing downstream of the filtration unit. The blower is configured to create negative air pressure within the second compartment to draw an area contaminant stream from an exterior of the environmental control unit into the housing. A second blower may also be present. The blower draws the filtered air stream and the area contaminant stream through the at least one filter in the filtration unit to produce a filtered mixture stream.
Hand carryable surface cleaning apparatus
A hand vacuum cleaner has an air treatment member, a pre-motor filter housing having an openable door and a pre-motor filter media is provided in the pre-motor housing. The openable door is openable while the air treatment member is provided on the hand vacuum cleaner.
Hand carryable surface cleaning apparatus
A hand vacuum cleaner wherein the suction motor axis of rotation is generally parallel to the central longitudinal axis and when the hand vacuum cleaner is oriented with the upper end above the lower end, the suction motor axis of rotation is positioned above the central longitudinal axis.
Hand carryable surface cleaning apparatus
A hand vacuum cleaner may include a suction motor and fan assembly that is positioned downstream of a pre-motor filter and in an upper end of the hand vacuum cleaner. A post motor filter may be positioned downstream of the suction motor and fan assembly and may be in the lower end of the hand vacuum cleaner. The clean air outlet may be positioned below the suction motor and fan assembly whereby air may travel generally downwardly from the suction motor and fan assembly and through the post motor filter to the clean air outlet.
Hand carryable surface cleaning apparatus
A hand vacuum cleaner has a handle provided at the rear end of the hand vacuum cleaner, the handle having a hand grip portion that extends upwardly and forwardly. An energy storage member is positioned above and overlying the hand grip portion, a suction motor and fan assembly that is positioned forward of the hand grip portion and a clean air outlet positioned rearward of the suction motor and fan assembly.
Hand carryable surface cleaning apparatus
A surface cleaning apparatus has a cyclone chamber provided in an air flow path. The cyclone chamber has a screen assembly with an outlet section, a longitudinally spaced apart distal section and a longitudinally extending porous section. The outlet section includes a non-porous member extending longitudinally inwardly an outlet section length from an outlet end of the outlet section to a longitudinally inwardly positioned inlet end of the outlet section. The outlet end of the outlet section overlies a cyclone air outlet. The porous section extends longitudinally inwardly from an outlet end of the porous section that is located at the inlet end of the outlet section. The outlet section length is at least as long as the cyclone outlet port length.
Surface cleaning apparatus
A surface cleaning apparatus has a main body having a main body actuator operable between an open position and a closed position. An assembly removably mounted to the main body has an air treatment member having an openable door and an assembly door lock, the assembly door lock comprising an actuation portion operable between an open position and a closed position and lock portion operable between an engaged position in which the door is secured in a closed position and a disengaged position in which the door is openable. When the assembly is mounted to the main body, the main body actuator is operatively connected to the actuation portion of the assembly door lock whereby when the main body actuator is moved from the closed position to the open position, the actuation portion is moved.
