Process and Device for the Production of Layered Materials with Synchronous-Pore Effect
Disclosed is a process for the production of synchronous-pore layered materials. Also disclosed is a device for the conduct of the process. In further aspects, the invention relates to layered materials which can be produced by the process, and also to wood-composite boards equipped with the layered materials produced by the process of the invention.
Modular wall system
A modular exterior and interior panel, wall and divider system is provided. The modular wall system includes a support base, a plurality of horizontal two-sided panels, each having opposite vertical edges, and a plurality of vertical members secured to the support base. Each of the vertical members has at least one groove for receiving the opposite vertical edges of the horizontal panels. A decorative layer is applied on at least the exterior surfaces of the horizontal panels and the vertical members.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A DECOR SHEET FOR DECORATIVE PANEL
A method is provided for manufacturing a printed d?cor sheet. The method may involve providing a first printable or printed substrate. At least one predetermined operation may be performed on the substrate, wherein the predetermined operation causes the deformation of the substrate in at least one direction. The deformation may be measured to obtain at least one deformation parameter. A first master image may be provided. An image processing operation may be performed on the first master image to obtain a second master image. The second master image may be printed on a second printable substrate to obtain the d?cor sheet. The image processing operation may involve at least modifying the first master image on the basis of the at least one deformation parameter.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRINTER, PRINT DATA CREATION DEVICE, METHOD OF CREATING PRINT DATA, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
A print data creation device creates, from two-dimensional image data, three-dimensional print data to be printed on a thermally distensible sheet. The device includes a processor programmed to receive the two-dimensional image data of prescribed gradations; divide the two-dimensional image data of prescribed gradations into a plurality of density layers that expand to different respective expansion heights when printed on the thermally distensible sheet; create, from the plurality of density layers, an expansion data set having a plurality of layer images to be printed on the thermally distensible sheet; and causes the expansion data set to be output to a printing unit that prints on the thermally distensible sheet.
Image processing device, image forming apparatus, method of forming image for decorating object, and non-transitory recording medium
An image processing device includes circuitry to acquire image data of an image to be formed by a recording unit employing an inkjet method, calculate, based on the image data, ink thickness per pixel that indicates a thickness of ink to be discharged to form the image, set the maximum ink thickness per pixel of the entire image as a target thickness of the image, calculate, for each pixel, the difference between the target thickness and the ink thickness per pixel, create complementary data regulating thickness compensating the difference, and create print data including the image data and the complementary data.
METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING MATERIAL WITH ADHESIVE ONTO ARTICLES WITH A DIFFERENCE IN DEGREE OF CURING BETWEEN THE MATERIAL AND ADHESIVE
Apparatuses and methods for applying a transfer material onto the surface of an article are disclosed, including apparatuses and methods of transfer printing on and/or decorating three-dimensional articles, as well as the articles printed and/or decorated thereby. In some cases, the apparatuses and methods involve providing a deposition device, such as a printing device; providing a transfer component; depositing a material onto a portion of the transfer component with the deposition device; modifying the portion of the transfer component with the transfer material thereon to conform the transfer component to at least a portion of the surface of the three-dimensional article; and transferring the transfer material onto the surface of the article.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR APPLYING A MATERIAL ONTO ARTICLES USING A TRANSFER COMPONENT THAT DEFLECTS ON BOTH SIDES
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR APPLYING A MATERIAL ONTO ARTICLES WITH A PRE-DISTORTED TRANSFER COMPONENT
