Method For Producing Recorded Matter
A method for producing a recorded matter includes a first ejection step of ejecting a first ink, which is a radiation-curable ink jet composition, and adhering the first ink to a recording medium, a first irradiation step of irradiating radiation to the first ink adhered to the recording medium to obtain a cured coating film of the first ink, a second ejection step of ejecting a second ink, which is a radiation-curable ink jet composition, and adhering the second ink to the cured coating film of the first ink so that the duty is 1% or more and 20% or less, a second irradiation step of irradiating radiation to the second ink adhered to the recording medium to cure the second ink to obtain a recorded matter, and a lamination step of laminating, in the recorded matter, a recording surface to which the first ink and the second ink have been adhered, and a non-recording surface to which the first ink and the second ink have not been adhered, so that both surfaces face each other.
Energy curable compositions comprising partially acrylated polyols
Energy curable composition including partially acrylated polyols, and one or more monofunctional or multifunctional free-radically polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated monomer and/or oligomers.
AQUEOUS INK COMPOSITION FOR DECORATIVE SHEET, PRINTED ITEM, AND LAMINATE FOR DECORATIVE SHEET
An aqueous ink composition for a decorative sheet which can be printed without any disturbance of the printed portion caused by friction with the guide rollers or the like during printing, and also exhibits good permeability following immersion in an adhesive (impregnating solution) during post processing, and good adhesion to substrates following thermocompression bonding. Specifically, an aqueous ink composition for use on a base paper for a decorative sheet, the aqueous ink composition comprising a pigment and a water-soluble polyacrylamide resin (A).
Inkjet recording method
The present invention relates to an ink-jet printing method that is capable of obtaining good printed characters or images which are free of occurrence of white lines or streaks irrespective of irradiation with an active energy ray. The present invention provides an ink-jet printing method including the steps of ejecting at least one ink A selected from the group consisting of a black ink and chromatic inks onto a low-liquid absorbing printing medium and then ejecting a white ink thereonto, in which the ink A contains at least one pigment selected from the group consisting of a black pigment and chromatic pigments, and a polymer dispersant containing a constitutional unit derived from a polyalkylene glycol (meth)acrylate; and the white ink contains titanium oxide and a polymer dispersant containing a constitutional unit derived from a polyalkylene glycol (meth)acrylate.
COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR MICROPATTERNING SUPERHYDROPHOBIC SURFACES
Described herein are patterned superhydrophobic surfaces, substrates, devices, and systems including the patterned superhydrophobic surfaces, and methods of making and uses thereof.
Ink jet liquid composition and ink jet recording method
Provided is an ink jet liquid composition including an organic solvent, a bifunctional urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer having a weight-average molecular weight of 2,000 to 15,000, a photopolymerization initiator, and a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, in which a content of the organic solvent is 40% by mass or more and 90% by mass or less with respect to a total mass of the liquid composition. Also provided is an ink jet recording method using the ink jet liquid composition.
INK JET RECORDING METHOD
The present invention provides an ink-jet printing method using a water-based ink for ink-jet printing which is excellent in quick-drying fixing properties and long-term fixing properties when printing characters or images on a low-water absorbing recording medium, as well as ejection stability. The present invention relates to [1] an ink-jet printing method of printing characters or images on a recording medium using a water-based ink for ink-jet printing, in which the recording medium has a water absorption of not more than 10 g/m.sup.2 and not less than 0 g/m.sup.2 as measured in a pure water contact time of 100 milliseconds; the water-based ink includes a pigment (A), resin particles (B), a polypropylene glycol (X) and water; and the resin particles (B) are produced by emulsion polymerization method; and [2] the aforementioned water-based ink for ink-jet printing.
INKJET RECORDING METHOD AND INKJET RECORDING MEDIUM
An inkjet recording method for printing an inkjet recording medium comprising an ink-receiving layer containing inorganic pigment, starch and copolymer latex on a surface of a base with inkjet ink as aqueous pigment ink, a content of the inorganic pigment being 10 g/m.sup.2 or more to 35 g/m.sup.2 or less in the ink-receiving layer, and a content of calcium carbonate being from 80% by weight or more to 100% by weight or less, the inkjet ink containing one or more selected from self dispersed pigment and pigment containing water-insoluble polymer particles, from 10% by weight or more to 48% by weight or less of a water-soluble organic solvent A having a boiling point of 230° C. or less, from 0% by weight or more to 5.0% by weight or less of a water-soluble organic solvent B having a boiling point of 280° C. or more, from 42% by weight or more to 70% by weight or less of water.
