Digital embossing
A method of forming a digital embossing on a surface by bonding hard press particles to a carrier. A liquid binder pattern is applied on the carrier by a digital drop application head. Hard press particles are applied on the carrier and the binder pattern such that some hard press particles are bonded to the carrier by the liquid pattern and non-bonded press particles are removed. The carrier with the bonded hard press particles is pressed to the surface and an embossing is formed when the carrier with the hard press particles is removed.
METHOD FOR PRINTING TRANSPARENT INK ON DIFFERENT PRINTING MEDIA
A method for printing transparent ink on different printing media is provided. In a one-time printing process, printing with the transparent ink is performed for a plurality of times on a printed product, and a curing process by means of UV light irradiation is then performed once. The method is characterized in that, after performing the printing with the transparent ink for the first time, the curing process by means of UV light irradiation is performed once.
DIGITAL THERMAL BINDER AND POWDER PRINTING
A method of forming a digital print on a surface (2) by applying powder of dry ink (15) including colourants (7) on the surface, bonding a part of the dry ink (15) powder to the surface (2) by a digital heating print head (80) such that the digital print is formed by the bonded dry ink colourants (7) and removing non-bonded dry ink (15) from the surface (2).
Digital thermal binder and power printing
A method of forming a digital print on a surface (2) by applying powder of dry ink (15) including colorants (7) on the surface, bonding a part of the dry ink (15) powder to the surface (2) by a digital heating print head (80) such that the digital print is formed by the bonded dry ink colorants (7) and removing non-bonded dry ink (15) from the surface (2).
METHOD FOR FORMING THREE-DIMENSIONAL PATTERN AND PRODUCT OBTAINED THEREBY
The present invention relates to a method for forming three-dimensional (3D) patterns and products obtained thereby, especially to a method for forming three-dimensional patterns and products obtained thereby in which ink is coated on surface of a transparent substrate by an inkjet printer to form at least one layer of inkjet-printed pattern on the surface of the transparent substrate. Moreover, the transparent substrate is also sprayed with a reflective bottom layer covered over the inkjet-printed pattern. Thereby the inkjet-printed pattern is formed on the transparent substrate by the inkjet printer quickly and easily. A shiny and beautiful 3D effect is generated by the inkjet-printed pattern with a certain thickness and reflection of the reflective bottom layer. Thereby consumers are attracted to purchase related products and the industry's competitiveness is enhanced.
Digital embossing
A method of forming a digital embossing (17) on a surface (2) by bonding hard press particles (67) to a carrier (68). A liquid binder pattern (P) is applied on the carrier by a digital drop application head. Hard press particles (67) are applied on the carrier (68) and the binder pattern such that some hard press particles are bonded to the carrier (68) by the liquid pattern and non-bonded press particles (67) are removed. The carrier (68) with the bonded hard press particles (67) is pressed to the surface (2) and an embossing is formed when the carrier (68) with the hard press particles (67) is removed.
DRY INK FOR DIGITAL PRINTING
Pigment based particles in powder form intended to be used as colourants in a digital print formed by applying dry colourants on a surface, bonding a part of the colourants with a binder and removing the non-bonded colourants from the surface. A panel with a surface including a digitally formed print of macro colourants including a particle body and colour pigments attached to the surface of the particle body is also described. The colourants are arranged in patterns with pigments on an upper and lower surface of the particle body.
Method for producing recorded matter
A method for producing a recorded matter includes a first ejection step of ejecting a first ink, which is a radiation-curable ink jet composition, and adhering the first ink to a recording medium, a first irradiation step of irradiating radiation to the first ink adhered to the recording medium to obtain a cured coating film of the first ink, a second ejection step of ejecting a second ink, which is a radiation-curable ink jet composition, and adhering the second ink to the cured coating film of the first ink so that the duty is 1% or more and 20% or less, a second irradiation step of irradiating radiation to the second ink adhered to the recording medium to cure the second ink to obtain a recorded matter, and a lamination step of laminating, in the recorded matter, a recording surface to which the first ink and the second ink have been adhered, and a non-recording surface to which the first ink and the second ink have not been adhered, so that both surfaces face each other.
