METHOD FOR PRINTING ON A BODY BY USING INKJET PRINTING
20190389228 · 2019-12-26 ·

A method for printing tracks on bodies by using inkjet printing provides printed images with a homogeneous appearance on the bodies, in particular when printing large single-color areas. The homogeneous appearance is obtained by reducing the intensity of the UV radiation from at least one inkjet print head when pinning in track connection regions.

Image forming apparatus capable of transferring image onto circumferential surface of object along circumference thereof

An image forming apparatus includes: a transfer unit that transfers an image onto an object by making contact with the object; a holding unit that holds the object having a circumferential surface so that the circumferential surface rotates along a transfer direction of the transfer unit; and a transport unit that transports the holding unit holding the object along a transport path, and the transfer unit transfers an image onto the circumferential surface of the object in a circumferential direction as the object rotates, by making contact with the circumferential surface of the object maintained at a transfer position.

DISPLAY PANEL MANUFACTURING METHOD AND APPARATUS

Provided are display panel manufacturing method and apparatus. The display panel manufacturing method includes detecting a machining target area of a bottom layer, removing an area, overlapping the machining target area, of a top layer, emitting a laser beam to the machining target area of the bottom layer to provide a bottom pattern from the machining target area, and providing a compensation pattern in the removed area of the top layer.

Method for applying identification marks to a bullet tip during ammunition manufacturing process
10466019 · 2019-11-05 · ·

A system for printing a bullet tip identification includes a bullet support apparatus for holding and rotating a bullet about its longitudinal axis and a print head configured to be positioned in close proximity to a tip of a bullet. The print head is configured to apply an identification around the circumference of the bullet tip while the bullet is rotating about its longitudinal axis. A method of applying identification marks on bullet tip includes positioning a bullet tip in close proximity to a print head and rotating the bullet about a longitudinal axis of the bullet. An identification mark is then applied around the circumference of the bullet tip by the print head as the bullet rotates.

COLORING OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRINTED OBJECTS

A method of printing a three-dimensional (3D) color object, layer-by-layer, comprises: obtaining a 3D CAD specification defining a 3D geometry and a surface color distribution for the color object to be printed, defining regions on a surface of the color object; defining colors for each region based on the CAD specification; determining, using the 3D geometry of the specification, conditions applying at respective regions that are liable to cause color variation, such that using the colors as defined at the respective regions may give rise to a coloration error; selecting color corrections defined for respective determined conditions; correcting the defined colors; and printing the 3D color object with the color corrections.

Printable diffuser
10446131 · 2019-10-15 ·

A sound diffuser for a ceiling speaker system having a downward-facing (when installed) flat disc cover plate and a flat barrel flange that assists in clamping a ceiling tile. The downward facing surfaces of the disc cover plate and a flat ring releasably attached to, and covering, the barrel flange are printable surfaces. The ring and the disc are magnetically attractable and are held in place with magnets. The ring and the disc cover plate can be rotated to align patterns printed on the ring and the disc cover plate to align to a pattern on the ceiling and to each other. Three-dimensional printing of the ring and/or the disc cover plate is included. The diffuser is preferably used in conjunction with the SMALL CEILING SPEAKER SYSTEM of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 15/710,654, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

MANUFACTURING METHOD OF VAMP WITH EMBOSSED PATTERN AND MANUFACTURING SYSTEM THEREOF
20190307210 · 2019-10-10 ·

The present disclosure illustrates a manufacturing method of a vamp with an embossed pattern comprising: (1) providing a plain cloth. (2) heating the plain cloth by an oven to soften the plain cloth. (3) cooling the plain cloth and forming an embossed pattern on the plain cloth by a cold pressing roller, and the cold pressing roller provided with a predetermined pattern. (4) forming an embossed layer with the embossed pattern on the plain cloth. Because of the cold pressing roller, a depth of the cooled embossed layer is the same as a depth of the predetermined pattern. Hence, the embossed pattern can maintain its appearance.

POST-TREATMENT ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR TREATING WORK PIECES

A post printing treatment assembly includes a product support assembly and a post printing treatment device. The product support assembly includes a primary support assembly, a primary drive assembly, a number of secondary support assemblies, and a secondary drive assembly. The primary drive assembly is operatively coupled to the primary support assembly. The primary drive assembly imparts a generally constant motion to the primary support assembly. Each secondary support assembly is structured to support a number of work pieces. Each secondary support assembly is movably coupled to the primary support assembly. The secondary drive assembly is operatively coupled to each secondary support assembly. The secondary drive assembly selectively imparts a motion to each secondary support assembly. The post printing treatment device is disposed adjacent the product support assembly.

DRAFT BEER CASK PRINTING APPARATUS AND TECHNIQUE
20190160807 · 2019-05-30 ·

An apparatus for printing a beer barrel includes a workbench, and a hydraulic pushing device, a barrel outer-sided printing device, and a barrel inner-sided printing device installed on the workbench. The barrel inner-sided printing device has a turntable rotating with respect to the Z-axis and mounted on the barrel, an inner mold installed onto a circumferential surface of the turntable for printing the inner side of the barrel. The barrel outer-sided printing device has a connecting frame moving linearly along the Y-axis direction. The connecting frame has an outer mold for printing an outer side of the barrel, and the hydraulic pushing device controls the outer mold to move linearly along the X-axis direction. The outer and inner molds print a sidewall of the barrel. This invention prevents unnecessary waste of manufacturing cost and time caused by the scrap of semi-finished products whose previous printing process becomes useless.
