FLUSH VALVE, DUST COLLECTOR AND DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM
A flush valve, a dust collector provided with such a flush valve and a dust collection system, are disclosed. The flush valve includes a valve body and a valve spool. The valve body is internally provided with a fluid passageway. The valve body is provided with an inlet, a first outlet and a second outlet. The first outlet is fluidly connected to a device to be flushed. The valve spool includes a movable part, a fixed part and an elastic part, the fixed part being provided in the valve body, and the elastic part elastically connecting said fixed part to the movable part. One end of the movable part being provided with a first spool land for blocking the first outlet. The first spool land being configured to be pushed away from said first outlet by fluid in the fluid passageway when the pressure drops due to blockage.
CONCRETE CUTTING DUST ABATEMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A system for reducing dust when flush-cutting concrete is described, and may include a first vacuum with a first vacuum line, a second vacuum with a second vacuum line, and a saw connected to a third vacuum line, with each of the vacuum lines fluidly connected through a Y-shaped manifold. The system may also include a cart to attach the vacuums to, the cart having an upper shelf for the first vacuum and a lower shelf for the second vacuum.
DUST COLLECTOR
A dust collector in one aspect of the present invention comprises a dust collection portion, a communication portion, and an interlock operation control portion. When the communication portion receives an interlock command transmitted from an electric working machine, the interlock operation control portion makes the dust collection portion operate interlocking with the electric working machine. The interlock operation control portion includes a storage portion, in which identification information specific to the electric working machine with which the dust collection portion is to be made to perform the interlock operation is stored.
SUCTION HOSE FOR A VACUUM CLEANER
A suction hose for a vacuum cleaner including a hose portion, which has a flexible dust removal hose body and a flexible jacket hose body, in which the dust removal hose body is arranged, wherein a suction flow channel for conducting a suction flow to the vacuum cleaner extends between longitudinal ends of the hose portion, which suction flow channel is bounded by a hose jacket of the dust removal hose body, a connection piece for connecting to the hand-held power tool or to the vacuum cleaner is arranged at at least one longitudinal end of the hose portion, and the jacket hose body and the dust removal hose body extend into an interior of a hose receptacle of the connection piece such that the dust removal hose body is sheathed by the jacket hose body into the hose receptacle.
VACUUM ATTACHMENT FOR REMOVING AIRBORNE DUST PARTICLES
The invention comprises a vacuum attachment with multiple ports which easily attaches to an open top container to remove concrete/mortar dust and particulates from the air when mixing concrete/mortar with water. The vacuum attached in configured to fit securely on a variety of containers of different sizes. Further, the vacuum attachment attaches easily to any standard vacuum machine. The vacuum attachment may have lateral segments which provide spacing for two curved portions which terminate in multiple ports. The curved portions may be positioned at the top of the container with the ports facing downward into the container. When a vacuum machine is attached and activated, the vacuum attachment is able to efficiently remove dust particles from the air inside the container. Multiple vacuum attachments may also be used simultaneously by connecting a Y splitter hose to each of the vacuum machine attachment ports of the vacuum attachments.
Suction-extraction device for a demolition hammer
Suction-extraction device for a demolition hammer, wherein the demolition hammer has a housing and a tool fitting for receiving a demolition chisel, wherein the suction-extraction device has a flexible suction hose on whose free end there is connected a suction body via which dust is to be sucked up from a working region of the demolition chisel, wherein the suction-extraction device has a fastening element by which the suction hose can be mounted on the housing of the demolition hammer at a fastening point of the suction hose that is spaced apart from the free end, with the result that, during suction operation, the suction body can be freely pivoted with respect to the demolition chisel, at least in the radial direction.
WORKING TROLLEY WITH BUILT-IN DUST SUCTION SYSTEM
A working trolley with built-in dust suction system includes a dust suction system and a trolley. Through directly assembling the dust suction system with the trolley, useless structures in the dust suction system is eliminated, so that the dust suction system can be assembled with the trolley with a more simplified structure. Through directly assembling the dust suction system with the trolley, the trolley breaks the old and stereotyped way of using, and the trolley is no longer just a carrying tool of a vacuum cleaner, thereby greatly increasing the effectiveness of usage of the trolley. On the other hand, the present invention enables a dust storage bucket of the dust suction system to have a feature of being independently dismountable, so that an operator does not need to dismount other components when replacing the dust storage bucket, thereby facilitating operation for the operator.
Vacuum cleaner
A vacuum cleaner, which is a portable vacuum cleaner, including a tank body, a head portion disposed above the tank body, and a battery connection portion that is disposed at the head portion and is capable of connecting to a battery. A part of an upper end portion of the tank body has a bent shape or a curved shape, and the rest part of the upper end portion of the tank body has a shape neither bending inward nor curved inward. The vacuum cleaner may further include a battery connection portion disposed at the head portion and a brushless motor disposed at the head portion. The vacuum cleaner is easy to assemble, portable, convenient in checking the battery level, waterproof and has a good performance of drainage, high efficiency in dust vacuuming, small size and compact structure, light weight, and improved service period.
Suction Connection Adapter
A suction connection adapter for a suction device includes at least one machine connection unit and at least one suction device connection unit. The at least one machine connection unit is detachably connected to a machine tool, in particular a hand-held power tool. The at least one suction device connection unit is detachably connected to a suction hose of the suction device. The suction connection adapter has at least one sensor device.
Interlocking adapter, and method for operating electric apparatus in interlocking manner with working machine
An interlocking adapter in one aspect of the present disclosure includes a current path, an electric load, a switch, and a controller. The controller turns on and off the switch in synchronization with a change of an alternating-current voltage received from an electric outlet of an electric apparatus in response to reception of an interlocking command signal from a working machine so as to supply a load current from the electric outlet to the electric load. The controller turns on and off the switch at a specified ratio of a time every cycle of the alternating-current voltage.
