Surface cleaning apparatus
A reconfigurable upright vacuum cleaner has a surface cleaning head with a pedestal member pivotally mounted thereto. An upper portion, which comprises a portable surface cleaning unit removably mounted thereto, is mounted to the pedestal member. An above floor cleaning wand is removably mounted to the pedestal member. The portable surface cleaning unit is securable to the pedestal member by a portable surface cleaning unit lock.
Dust collector
A dust collector in one aspect of the present invention comprises a dust collection portion, a communication portion, and an interlock operation control portion. When the communication portion receives an interlock command transmitted from an electric working machine, the interlock operation control portion makes the dust collection portion operate interlocking with the electric working machine. The interlock operation control portion includes a storage portion, in which identification information specific to the electric working machine with which the dust collection portion is to be made to perform the interlock operation is stored.
Vacuum Attachment For Removing Airborne Dust Particles
The invention comprises a vacuum attachment with multiple ports which easily attaches to an open top container to remove concrete/mortar dust and particulates from the air when mixing concrete/mortar with water. The vacuum attached in configured to fit securely on a variety of containers of different sizes. Further, the vacuum attachment attaches easily to any standard vacuum machine. The vacuum attachment may have lateral segments which provide spacing for two curved portions which terminate in multiple ports. The curved portions may be positioned at the top of the container with the ports facing downward into the container. When a vacuum machine is attached and activated, the vacuum attachment is able to efficiently remove dust particles from the air inside the container. Multiple vacuum attachments may also be used simultaneously by connecting a Y splitter hose to each of the vacuum machine attachment ports of the vacuum attachments.
ELECTRICAL DEVICE FOR ACTUATING A VACUUM CLEANER
An electric device in the shape of a machine tool or an energy storage module for the electric power supply of a machine tool, with the energy storage module having a module housing with a device interface for the detachable connection to the machine tool, with the machine tool having a drive motor to drive a tool holder on which a tool provided to process a workpiece is arranged or is arrangeable, with the drive motor being switchable using a switching element of the machine tool and/or the energy storage module, with the electric device having a wireless communication interface for wireless communication with an external communication apparatus, which forms part of a vacuum cleaner provided to suction dust generated by the machine tool and with the wireless communication interface being designed to send at least one control command to control, the vacuum cleaner as a function of a switching status of the switching element to the external communication apparatus via a wireless control connection.
ELECTRICAL APPLICANCE AS SYSTEM COMPONENT FOR ACTUATING A VACUUM CLEANER
An electric device as a first or second system component for a system which includes, as a first system component, a machine tool or a vacuum cleaner and, as a second system component, an electric energy storage module to provide electric energy for the first system component, with the system components having device interfaces compatible with one another for detachable fastening to one another and for the transmission of electric energy from the energy storage module to the machine tool or the vacuum cleaner, with the electric device having a communication interface for a wireless control connection to or from a vacuum cleaner to actuate the vacuum cleaner, which is provided to suction dust generated by the machine tool and either forms one of the two system components or is a vacuum cleaner separate from the system components and with the device interfaces being electrically and/or mechanically separated from one another in a separation status and being electrically and/or mechanically connected to one another in an operating status.
ROUTER AND DEBRIS RECEPTACLE
A debris receptacle for a router table includes an enclosure configured to be attached to the router table. The enclosure defines an interior sized and shaped to receive a router. The enclosure defines a debris inlet aperture in fluid communication with a router bit aperture of the work platform so that the interior receives the debris from router bit aperture via the debris inlet aperture. The enclosure also defines a debris outlet aperture in fluid communication with a dust collector to remove debris from the interior. The enclosure further defines an air inlet aperture in fluid communication with air in an environment outside the enclosure. The debris receptacle also includes an air intake conduit for fluidly coupling the air inlet aperture to an air inlet of the router, thereby enabling the router to draw air into the router from the environment outside the enclosure to cool the router.
Water management system
A wet-dry vacuum device assembly comprises a housing and a motor-fan assembly mounted in the housing. The motor-fan assembly is arranged to generate an air flow along an airflow path between a dirty air inlet and a clean air exhaust. The wet-dry vacuum device comprises a tank positioned along the airflow path and arranged to capture liquid entrained in the dirty air flow. The wet-dry vacuum device further comprises a removable pump accessory mountable to the housing. The removable pump accessory comprises pump and a fluid inlet in fluid communication with the tank and the pump. A fluid outlet is in fluid communication with the pump and connectable to an exterior hose. The pump is arranged to move captured liquid in the tank from the fluid inlet to the fluid outlet.
Vacuum Cleaning Device
A dust extraction device for a hand-held power tool includes a housing, a mechanical interface for releasably connecting the dust extraction device to the hand-held power tool, a dust-collecting chamber which is connected to a filter unit, and a filter-cleaning unit. The filter-cleaning unit has an impact element which is mounted moveably in and/or on the housing of the dust extraction device. The impact element is designed to act upon the filter unit directly with an impact-like force.
Ergonomic, Dust Extraction Extender Tool For Attachment And Use With Power Tools
The present invention provides for an ergonomic dust extraction extender tool to assist in ergonomically operating hand-held power tools while acting on an object or surface and furthermore allows for the collection of harmful dust being generated while a hand-held power tool is in use. Exemplary embodiments include a tool mounting assembly at the distal end of the tool, a handle at the proximate end of the tool, and an intermediate extent connected between the mounting assembly and the handle. Other aspects include the use of mounting assemblies for securing power tools to the extender tool, the handle at the proximate end of the tool being angularly offset from the connection portion, the incorporation of a dust collection mechanism at or about the mounting assembly, and a dust monitoring sensor for monitoring dust content and limits of certain dust content.
