Industrial automated vacuum cleaner and method for automated servicing of construction tools
Industrial vacuum cleaner configured for servicing at least one construction tool, said vacuum cleaner comprising a vacuum inlet, wherein said vacuum cleaner further comprises a controller and connected to said controller a wireless transceiver, a memory, and at least one location and/or orientation sensor configured for detection of vacuum cleaner location and/or localization of other objects in relation to the vacuum cleaner and wherein the vacuum cleaner further comprises means for propulsion controlled by said controller.
Vacuum cleaner
A portable vacuum cleaner comprises a housing including a storage space and a lid coupled to the housing. The lid is moveable between an open position, in which access to the storage space is provided, and a closed position, in which access to the storage space is blocked. The vacuum cleaner further comprises a handle coupled to the housing, a suction source supported in the housing, a debris collection chamber in fluid communication with the suction source, and a first battery receptacle on the housing. The first battery receptacle is configured to selectively receive a first battery pack that is configured to provide power to the suction source. The vacuum cleaner further comprises a hose port on the housing and in fluid communication with the suction source.
VACUUM CLEANER STATION, VACUUM CLEANER SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING VACUUM CLEANER STATION
The present disclosure relates to a cleaner system including: a cleaner; a cleaner station; and an imaginary plane including an imaginary suction flow path through line penetrating a suction flow path in a longitudinal direction and an imaginary suction motor axis defined by extending a rotation axis of a suction motor, in which when the cleaner is coupled to the cleaner station, the plane penetrates at least a part of the cleaner station, such that a center of gravity of the cleaner is disposed to pass through a space for maintaining balance of the station, and as a result, it is possible to stably support the cleaner and the station while preventing the cleaner and the station from falling down.
Dust collection box
A dust collection box for a dust extractor includes first and second air inlet chambers, an air inlet aperture through which air is drawn into the first air inlet chamber, an air outlet aperture through which air is dawn out of the second air outlet chamber, an air intermediate chamber formed in the housing, and a filter mounted within the housing. The filter includes a first part through which air passes from the air inlet chamber to the air outlet chamber, and a second part through which air passes from the air inlet chamber to the air intermediate chamber. An ambient air aperture is formed in the wall of the housing. A valve disposed proximate the ambient air aperture is switchable to connect the air intermediate chamber to only one of the air outlet chamber or the ambient air aperture.
Concrete cutting dust abatement systems and methods
A system for reducing dust when flush-cutting concrete is described, and may include a first vacuum with a first vacuum line, a second vacuum with a second vacuum line, and a saw connected to a third vacuum line, with each of the vacuum lines fluidly connected through a Y-shaped manifold. The system may also include a cart to attach the vacuums to, the cart having an upper shelf for the first vacuum and a lower shelf for the second vacuum.
Valve, use of such valve, separator comprising such valve and method of operating a separator
This document discloses a valve comprising a main valve closure body, arranged on a low pressure side of the valve and moveable to open towards the low pressure side, a control body, fixedly connected to the main valve closure body, such that a position of the main valve closure body is fixed relative to a position of the control body, a control chamber, partially defined by the control body, whereby a volume of the control chamber is variable in relation to the position of the control body, and a control fluid connector for controlling a pressure in the control chamber. The document also discloses use of the valve in a separator for separating dust and debris from an airflow, a separator comprising such a valve and a method of operating a separator.
Vacuum cleaner
A vacuum cleaner to suction dust generated by a machine tool, wherein the vacuum cleaner is actuatable by an electric device in the shape of the machine tool or an energy storage module for the electric power supply of the machine tool, which has a drive motor to drive a tool holder on which a tool provided to process a workpiece is arranged or is arrangeable, wherein the vacuum cleaner has a vacuum housing with a dirt collection chamber to receive dirt separated from a suction flow and a suction unit to generate the suction flow, wherein a suction inlet is present on the vacuum housing to connect a suction hose to establish a current connection for the suction flow with the machine tool, wherein the vacuum cleaner has an external communication apparatus for a wireless control connection to a wireless communication interface of the electric device and to receive at least one control command to control, the vacuum cleaner via the control connection.
