A fabric coating composition, comprising from 2 to 50 dry parts of a crosslinking polymer, from 5 to 60 dry parts of a polymeric binder; from 2 to 30 dry parts of pigment fixation agents, parts are based on total dry content of the coating composition; a pH control agent in an amount adjusted to have a pH above 7; and an aqueous liquid vehicle is described. The coating composition is used to be applied to a fabric print medium. Also described herein are a coated fabric printable medium, a method for forming the coated fabric printable medium and a method of textile printing that includes ejecting an ink composition onto the coated fabric print medium described herein.

The pattern may be obtained via printing with a single-pass printer. The pattern may include a matrix of a plurality, preferably at least 200, printed ink dots per inch. The matrix, as seen in the width direction of the paper or foil, may be generally uniformly made up with uniformly sized printed ink dots, with the exception of a minority of the area of the printed pattern, in which the matrix may be modified.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INKJET PRINTABLE PAPER OR FOIL FOR USE AS A DECOR PAPER OR FOIL

An inkjet receiver coating may be used in a method for manufacturing a paper or a thermoplastic foil that is printable with an inkjet printer. The paper or the foil may be used as a decor paper or a decor foil, respectively, in a laminate panel. The paper or the foil may be coated on at least one side with the inkjet receiver coating. The inkjet receiver coating may include at least pigment and binder, and an ink reactive compound.

BOOK PRINTING PAPER

The present invention provides a book paper suitable for both inkjet and offset printing. The inventive printing paper comprises a base substrate with a grammage of below 100 gsm comprising at least 50 wt % mechanical cellulosic pulp fibers and having a total filler content of below 15 wt %. The substrate is surface treated with a composition comprising pigments in a range of 15-30 wt %, starch in a range of 20-40 wt %, latex in a range of 10-20 wt % and a multivalent metal salt in a range of 10-30 wt %.
