SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A hand vacuum cleaner comprises a main body and a removably mounted air treatment member. The air treatment member has an air flow passage which comprises a handle for the air treatment member.
VACUUM CLEANER
A vacuum cleaner comprising: a housing; a fan; a dirt collection chamber having an opening for emptying dirt from the dirt collection chamber; and a cover movable between a closed position, in which the cover seals the opening, and an open position, wherein the vacuum cleaner is configured to operate: in a suction mode in which the fan generates a suction airflow from an air inlet to an air outlet; and in a blow mode in which the fan generates a blowing airflow from the air outlet to the opening when cover is in the open position.
VACUUM CLEANER WITH HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT OF SUCTION NOZZLE
A vacuum cleaner includes a suction nozzle defining a nozzle inlet, a manual nozzle height adjustment assembly for adjusting the height of the nozzle inlet relative to a surface to be cleaned, and a bleed valve fluidly connected to a working air path of the vacuum cleaner to selectively open to reduce suction at the nozzle inlet. The bleed valve is incorporated with the nozzle height adjustment assembly such that movement of the nozzle height adjustment assembly between different height settings will automatically open or close the bleed valve.
Vacuum cleaner tool having a rotatable duct for moving between a use position and storage position on a vacuum cleaner
A vacuum cleaner tool having a brush head, a rotatable duct, and a hinge. The rotatable duct is configured to receive a hose or wand and rotates about the hinge relative to the brush head, between a use position and storage position. In a storage position, the rotatable duct extends generally parallel, or in-line with the brush head and, in a use position, the rotatable duct extends generally perpendicular to the brush head. The vacuum cleaner tool may removably attach to the vacuum cleaner via a release on one end of the brush head interacting with a fixed catch on the vacuum cleaner.
Robot cleaner and method for sensing dust
A robot cleaner is provided that may include a suction motor installed within a main body to generate a suction force, at least two conductive plates spaced apart from each other to form a flow path for external air introduced by the suction force, and a calculator to measure a capacitance value between the at least two conductive plates. Further, provided is a robot cleaner that may include a suction motor installed within a main body to generate a suction force, a porous structure having at least one through hole, through which external air introduced by the suction force may flow, at least one filter disposed on a surface of the porous structure to filter dust contained in the air, and a power supply configured to apply alternating current (AC) power to at least a portion of the surface of the porous structure.
Vacuum cleaner with adjustable vent
A vacuum cleaner includes a housing, suction path, a motor, and a base. The suction path is in fluid communication with the housing. The motor creates flow through the suction path. The base includes a first inlet and a second inlet. The first inlet is in fluid communication with the suction path. The second inlet is adjustable between a first position allowing fluid to flow through the second inlet and a second position preventing at least a portion of fluid from flowing through the second inlet. The second inlet may include a door moveable between the first position and the second position to adjust the amount of airflow.
CLEANING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SAME
Provided is a cleaning device including a suction port; at least one sensor configured to sense at least one object; a driver configured to open or close the suction port; a memory storing at least one instruction; and a processor configured to execute the at least one instruction stored in the memory. The processor executes the at least one instruction to sense at least one object within an area to be cleaned by the cleaning device by controlling the at least one sensor, identify a relative location of the sensed at least one object with respect to the cleaning device, determine at least a partial area within an entire area of the suction port as an open/close target area, based on the identified relative location of the at least one object, and open or close the open/close target area by controlling the driver.
Wet/dry vacuum device
An improved shop vacuum with wet/dry capability uses a vacuum tube that terminates in a space between the canister and the vacuum compartment such that the substance and content exiting the vacuum tube is not directly opposed the negative pressure source. This allows the substance to drain into the canister in a more controlled and less volatile condition, reducing splashing and entrainment of the substance. Moreover, a second exit for the vacuum has been added to the canister to improve the efficiency of the vacuum and the overall performance of the device.
VACUUM CLEANER ASSEMBLY
A vacuum cleaner assembly and vacuum cleaner with a vacuum cleaner assembly, including a suction device with a basic body with a first end with at least one suction inlet for connection with a suction tube and/or suction hose of the vacuum cleaner. Furthermore, the basic body divides at a second end into two substantially tubular suction ducts, each having a suction intake, wherein one suction arm each is associated with the suction intakes, and wherein the suction arms are provided pivotable about the associated suction duct.
Relief valve and a hose device for dust collectors, a dust collector and a method for operating a dust collector
The invention relates to a relief valve (100) for portable, industrial dust collectors. It has actuating means (102, 104) for actuating the valve (100) between a closed position and an open position. According to the invention, the valve further includes retaining means (107) for maintaining the valve in the open position. The invention also relates to a hose device for a cleaner of a dust collector a dust collector. The hose device is arranged such that it covers the bottom of the grid means in the cleaner when the dust collector operates and falls down when the vacuum in the dust collector is released. The invention further relates to a cleaner, to a dust collector, to a grinding machine and to a method for operating a dust collector. These are in conjunction with the relief valve and/or the hose device. The invention also relates to a dust collector with cleaner means (1, 2), a relief valve (100, 400) and an inlet valve (12) and synchronization means arranged to govern that the actuation of the inlet valve (100, 400) is synchronized with actuation of the relief valve (12).
