20200238463 · 2020-07-30 ·

The invention relates to an extraction device for a robot-assisted machine tool for surface processing. According to an exemplary embodiment, the extraction device comprises a housing with a vacuum nozzle and an outlet for connection of a hose. The extraction device also has a suspension that connects the housing to a mounting plate and is mounted on the mounting plate so as to be pivotable about an axis. A counterweight is connected to the suspension such that the counterweight substantially balances out the weight of the housing relative to the axis.

Suction nozzle

A suction nozzle for a vacuum cleaner includes a suction chamber; an outlet duct; an underside for engaging a surface to be cleaned; a main suction opening in the underside, which opens into the suction chamber; an auxiliary suction path which opens into the suction chamber; and a bleed path in fluid communication with the outlet duct. The suction nozzle further includes a valve mechanism arranged to open and close the auxiliary suction path and the bleed path, the valve mechanism being movable between a first configuration in which the auxiliary suction path is closed and the bleed path is open, a second configuration in which the auxiliary suction path is open and the bleed path is closed, and a third configuration in which both the auxiliary suction path and the bleed path are closed.

Suction device

Suction device includes swirl flow-forming body that forms a swirl flow to apply suction to material by use of Bernoulli's principle, and case that houses swirl flow-forming body, and guides flow of a fluid flowing out of concave part of swirl flow-forming body. Case includes guide part, flange part, and cover part. Guide part controls flow of a fluid flowing out of concave part of swirl flow-forming body and flowing along end face, such that the fluid flows in a direction away from a position of material. Flange part forms, between flange part and end face, a flow path for a fluid to flow out of concave part. Cover part is fixed on the top surface of main body of swirl flow-forming body.

Cyclonic vacuum cleaner with multiple modes

A vacuum cleaner comprising a separating apparatus comprising a first cyclonic separator and a second cyclonic separator arranged in parallel with the first cyclonic separator, an airflow generator arranged to generate an airflow through the first and second cyclonic separators, and a flow control device for controlling the flow of air through the second cyclonic separator. The vacuum cleaner has a first configuration in which the flow control device is arranged to prevent flow of air through the second cyclonic separator such that, in use, air flows through the first cyclonic separator and bypasses the second cyclonic separator, and a second configuration in which the flow control device is arranged to permit flow of air though the second cyclonic separator such that, in use, air flows through the first and second cyclonic separators.

Vacuum cleaner

A vacuum cleaner includes an air treatment or debris removable assembly with a multi-layer filtration stage. The multi-layer filtration stage can include an outer mesh screen, a louvered exhaust grill, and a multi-layer filter. Optionally, an inner perforated exhaust grill is also provided. The debris removable assembly can further include a cyclonic filtration stage.

VACUUM INLET VALVE ASSEMBLY

A vacuum inlet valve assembly has a housing configured to be mounted exterior to a preexisting wall in a structure such that the housing is connected with a conduit and the conduit is exterior to the wall and retains a hose therein, and the hose is adapted to be pulled out from a stored position within the conduit external from the wall to an extracted position, and when in the extracted position, an end cap or hose plug on the hose is releasably connected with a connection assembly in the housing. A portion of the conduit is clear or translucent or transparent so an operator can watch the end cap or hose plug approach the connection assembly.

A dust suction device includes: a main body composed of a bottom plate and a footboard, wherein a dust suction part is formed in the bottom plate, and the footboard seals the dust suction part and has suction holes formed on the upper part thereof to allow the dust to be sucked to the dust suction part; a number of springs provided on the bottom inside the bottom plate matching the number of suction holes; balls which are provided on the upper part of the springs and which are in close contact with the suction holes of the footboard and open and close the suction holes; and a suction part which is connected to a side portion of the main body through a hose and sucks the dust through the suction holes toward the dust suction part when the suction holes are open.

Surface cleaning apparatus

A surface cleaning apparatus has a dirty air inlet and an air treatment member. The air treatment member includes a dirt collection region having an openable door. When an accessory is connected to the dirty air inlet, the openable door is inhibited from opening.

A surface cleaning head for a surface cleaning apparatus includes a dirty air inlet, a dirty air outlet, and a dirty airflow path extending between the dirty air inlet and the dirty air outlet. The surface cleaning head also includes an automated valve assembly operable to open and place the dirty airflow path in fluid communication with ambient pressure. The automated valve assembly is adjustably opened based upon a suction level within the dirty airflow path. The automated valve assembly includes an adjustable valve, a sensor operable to measure the suction within the dirty airflow path, and a controller operable to control the adjustable valve based on the sensor measurement.
