Cleaning device

Methods and apparatus for cleaning a surface with a cleaning device having a body with a handle, a connector, and one or more cleaning heads that are removably attached to the cleaning device. Each cleaning head include a lower surface arranged to contact a surface to be cleaned and a dirt collection chamber permanently attached to the cleaning head. The cleaning head may include a support structure to support the dirt collection chamber and a cleaning sheet. The cleaning head also may include a suction nozzle. At least a portion of the dirt collection chamber may be made of a filter material.

DIRT SEPARATOR FOR A VACUUM CLEANER

A dirt separator for a vacuum cleaner includes a chamber having an inlet through which dirt-laden fluid enters and an outlet through which cleansed fluid exits the chamber. A disc located at the outlet rotates about a rotational axis and comprises holes through which the cleansed fluid passes. The disc comprises a perforated region and a non-perforated region. The holes are then formed in the perforated region, and the width of the non-perforated region is no less than the diameter of the inlet.

DUST CONTAINER AND CLEANER INCLUDING THE SAME

A dust container capable of improving dust separation efficiency and preventing a suction force from being lowered, and a cleaner including the same. The cleaner includes: a main body including a suction portion to suck dust; and a dust container detachably installed in the main body to separate and store dust from the air sucked through the suction portion. The dust container includes: an inlet through which the air sucked through the suction portion; a collision wall facing the inlet, wherein dust introduced through the inlet collides with the collision wall; a first dust collecting wall to collect a part of the dust introduced through the inlet, the first dust collecting wall intersecting the collision wall; and a second dust collecting wall to collect a part of the dust introduced through the inlet, the second dust collecting wall intersecting the collision wall and the first dust collecting wall.

Clutch device for upright vacuum cleaner and upright vacuum cleaner having same

A clutch device (400) for an upright vacuum cleaner and an upright vacuum cleaner (1) having the same are provided, in which the clutch device (400) is disposed between an electric motor assembly (200) and a machine body assembly (300) of the upright vacuum cleaner (1), and the electric motor assembly (200) includes an electric motor housing (21) and an electric motor (22). The clutch device (400) includes: a sliding track (41d) driven (300) to move by the machine body assembly; a toggling tongue (42d) fixed to the electric motor (22) and rotatable with respect to the electric motor housing (21); and a lever member (43d) having a second end of the lever member (43d) slidably fitted to the sliding track (41d) and a first end fitted with an end of the toggling tongue (42d). When the machine body assembly (300) drives the sliding track (41d) to move, the sliding track (41d) drives the lever member (43d) to rotate, and when the lever member (43d) rotates, the toggling tongue (42d) is stirred to make the electric motor (22) rotate with respect to the electric motor housing (21).
